Uusi jääkaappi hajosi 2 vuodessa. Takuu ei kuulemma ollut enää voimassa. Osa, joka piti vaihtaa ei pitäisi mennä rikki noin nopeasti. Todella huono laatu ja vielä surkeampi asiakaspalvelu Whirlpoolilla Suomessa! Jääkaappi on edelleen kylmempi kuin pitäisi. Eli ei toimi kunnolla. Huoltomiehet osasivat homman hyvin ainakin Kirkkonummella.
Niin kauan kun Whirlpool käyttää Huoltolux:ia takuuhuoltoihin, niin suosittelen välttämään. Itsellä kesti 2½kk että sain lopulta "toimivan" jääkaapin, kun Huoltoluxin äijät kävi sähläämässä ja tilailemassa turhaan osia. Vika oli alusta asti ihan selvä. Irronnut tai paskaksi väännetty lämpötilan säätörulla. Vikaa ei saatu korjattua ikinä, mutta uusi kaappi tilattiin lopulta ja senkin ne naarmutti ja väänsi piloille, kun yrittivät vaihtaa oven kätisyyttä.
Yhden pienen helposti astianpesukoneeseen asennettavan muoviosan vaihtamiseen TAKUUNA meni liki 2 kk!!
Vika asioissa asiakaspalvelu puhelimitse oli hankalaa. Jonottaminen kesti asiakaspalvelijaan kauan. Liikaa numero valintoja, ennenkuin yhdistettiin. Whirpoolin huolto sujui kuitenkin loistavasti Turussa.
Pyykinpesukone hajosi alle puolen vuoden käytön jälkeen.
Virkelig god service på mine Bauknecht køle- og fryseskab. Blev hele tiden holdt informeret og i dag fungerer de bedre /mere lydløs end da de blev installeret.
