Came in as we needed a silver clasp on a bracelet mended. Service was perfect from the moment we entered the Guildford store. Staff were knowledgeable and very quick to help. Overall lovely experience and will definitely be back for any jewellery needs!

I was looking for a Claddagh ring for my grandson in Guildford. The staff I spoke to over the phone, Theo and Lawrence were so helpful emailed me a catalogue checked his size and nothing was difficult a great remote shopping experience and a better price than where I live in Wexford Ireland. My Granson collected it today and was delighted.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Pat from Richmond Brunch. We were in search of a wedding ring and visited six different outlets in Hounslow and Westfield. However, it was Pat's personal and friendly customer service that won our trust. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, providing us with valuable advice. Went to the Guildford one to buy an engagement ring for my now fiancé. John served me and was so helpful! We took the ring in to get resized today and they were super on it.

By chance I popped in with my Mother to collect a bracelet that they were looking at. The bracelet was brought from the store in Oct 24. By Jan 25 the clasp had become loose so she took it back into the store to ask if the lock could be tightened. They sent the bracelet off, rather then it being tightened they replaced the lock mechanism and then charged £160 for this! I was shocked at the high cost when the bracelet which had been brought from them was only 3 months before.

I cannot recommend John and his team highly enough. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I was in a tricky situation, and they went above and beyond to help me with such kindness and professionalism. Their expertise and attention to detail were outstanding, ensuring I felt completely at ease throughout the process.

I have taken several pieces of jewellery to be repaired here, I have sold some gold and bought other items. I have found their knowledge, experience and integrity to be exemplary on every occasion. Going to an independent jeweller is an infinitely more pleasant experience than visiting a chain, and I have found that I have been given the same consideration whether I have been spending a small amount of money or whether it has been a larger purchase. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience in Richmond when buying a necklace for my daughter-in-law and Fiona could not have been more helpful. It is wonderful visiting the shop, particularly as it is so beautifully set out. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for something special.

How wonderful that these individual shops are still evident in the high street. I have recently bought a lovely piece of silver from here , the staff were very helpful giving me advice as to what to choose. There are many well priced ideas for presents . Bought my watch on line from Whibleys after much searching over many websites. All I can say is that every aspect of the transaction has been excellent, with the watch arriving 2 days later by Royal Mail special delivery.
I would definitely recommend.

So happy to see Whibleys still going strong. My parents and the rest of our family have shopped here for decades. We made a special trip to their Worthing Branch from Cambridge as we felt we would be able to find the signet rings we wanted - and we were not disappointed. We were admirably served by the whole happy shop, but especially Alli who took personal charge of ensuring we were satisfied customers. We’ll be back!

I’ve been meaning to do this for quite a while now but never got around to it. Last year I spent months trying to find the perfect ring for my partner and was never happy with what I could find or see in any shop I went into! Then I came across Whilbeys and met Jon, he was brilliant! Listened to everything I was after and looking for, showed him photos and he told me we could get it made. It came out perfectly, better than the photo I had showed him! I went for a green sapphire with a rose gold band and a platinum setting for the sapphire. I can not thank him enough for all his help and would recommend to anyone I know! Ps.. Eilish loved the ring
