Smooth experience! My motor blew on my '13 Kia Sportage. I submitted for a quote, and had a phone call shortly after. We worked through the details and price. We arranged a time slot of 4 hours, and the driver would call me an hour ahead of time. The drive stuck to the 1 hr heads up, and met me promptly. Wrote a check for the amount we had agreed upon. They were in good communication and made certain every went well and had any questions. Very smooth and easy process!

Communication between the tow truck…
Communication between the tow truck driver and the auto system that you have is terrible. It took almost 2 days to come and get the car. And then you didn't give me what you agreed to give me because of a little body rot. Well I was under the impression it was being sold for scrap anyway so a little body rot shouldn't have anything to do with it. It was only $30 but $30 is worth a good review. So all in all my experience was not good at all.

We were in a bind and needed immediate assistance. Our representative John was patient and extremely knowledgeable about what to do... We live in St Louis and my car had tonkered out in Columbia. We got a tow truck the same day, a check written the same day, and I was able to have peace about everything not lingering on since things had happened so far away from home. Five star service. I totally recommend this company!
