SCAMMERS!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I hope you are reading this before the first payment so that I can help you to avoid this scam.

I've been scammed by wheelsvip.com by a fake offer about a tent by Decathlon. Without any sense this purchase makes me start a subscription with wheelsvip vip service (we're talking about 40€/week). Unfortunately I realized this only after the first payment.

Here the steps to avoid the subscription payment.

1- after your first purchase you should be redirect to a page telling you to confirm your account. I suggest you to confirm the account to make the process faster. (REMEMBER TO CHECK SPAM FOLDER, or maybe I should say scam folder xD)

2- enter to their site => wheelsvip.com <= If you don't find the site try to write "wheelsvip.com" directly in the URL searchbar of your browser (they have probably hide the site to make harder to unsubscribe to their service).

3- Once you are in the site click on the account icon button to access to your profile. Once there you have to insert your email and password to enter into your account. In my case I need to reset my password (and probably you also have to) because the site doesn't allow me to get in. Then reset your password, if needed, and enter in your profile.

4- Inside your profile there will be some clickable tiles under the section title "Welcome [YOUR NAME]",
there should be a voice like "My Vip membership". There you should find the button to close your subscription.

You will then receive an email that confirm that your vip member subscription is finished.

I hope this will be helpful for someone

A scam subscription. Avoid.

This is a scam. You will be tricked into signing up for one or more subscriptions on an unrelated website.

Edit: I wanted to update this short review as the company is still, months later, emailing me to offer a refund in exchange for deleting this review.

There are more than one shell websites involved, but the company behind them is called Goranzi Limited and registered in Limasol, Cyprus.

My own experience started at www_111-apps_dot_com where I THOUGHT I was downloading a financial app called Paylib. But my email and card details were actually used to sign me up to wheelsvip.com and vacaylando.com for a monthly subscription of just under £40. Both payments were taken from my bank just THREE days later. All emails from both companies were automatically filtered to my Junk folder by Gmail, so the first I knew about it was when the payments left.

I immediately contacted both companies through an identical Web Chat app and eventually got most of my money refunded, but they are still emailing me to offer to refund a minor transaction fee in exchange for deleting this ad months later, which I'm pretty sure is a breach of Trustpilot's Ts&Cs.

Anyway, now you know and I hope I've saved you from getting caught like I did!

Terrible customer service support

Terrible customer service support. 27 emails trying to cancel my subscription, continuously trying to take increasing subscription fees from my account. Told to leave positive feedback to cancel my subscription and when I have left positive feedback I would get a refund. Your cancellation process is a joke on m

Who even are Wheels VIP! Scam? Two payments debited incorrectly when I was supposedly buying nappies! Redirected at payment page with no notification

Who even are Wheels VIP!? Beware. I followed a link through Facebook to purchase Nappies using a voucher code. Upon authorising payment, I noticed the web address changed and asked me to re-authorise payment although I had 'already' done this. Seeing that the web address had changed I then declined authorisation on my banking app and on the web page and tried to abandon the transaction sensing something was wrong. The original transaction authorised (to a nappy company supposedly!) has been debited from my account and paid to Wheelsvip.com, but a second payment of £36.89 has been debited two days later which was NOT authorised. I had no idea what I'd paid for as I hadn't dealt with wheelsvip ever and thought the transaction was suspicious... Then retracing my steps and browser history I have managed to trace it back to this occurrence. Now I need to get hold of WHEELSVIP (somehow when I've never dealt with them!?) and get my money back!!! Not impressed

My experience with Wheelsvip was…

My experience with Wheelsvip was traumatic, as I ended up subscribing on impulse day 04 jan. However, immediately after assessing my impulse, I requested cancellation. To my surprise, the following month, they deducted $36.00 from my account. It was a very unpleasant, embarrassing, and exhausting situation for me to request cancellation because all the representatives I spoke to at the time seemed unwilling to resolve my issue. I simply wanted cancellation and a refund of my money. It's worth mentioning that I had already requested cancellation right after the purchase, but anyway... The refund of this amount was processed, as well as the cancellation. The only amount that wasn't refunded was $1.49. I greatly appreciate your efforts to rectify the mistake made by the system or some of the representatives who assisted me previously.
