None existent customer service, tracking numbers were not recognised on the system and were too long so probably false, , no reply from numerous emails, total scammers, claiming money back, avoid!!
I have ordered a wheel which should be there after 5 days... but wasn't there! I wrote 3 mails and never got an answer ! After 11 days, I saw on the bank statement that the amount has been sent back 4 days before ! But without having sent an e-mail to inform me !!! Very bad relation with your clients...
The web site was easy to use and one of only a few where ALL the important dimensions of a wheel were displayed. The staff were also very helpful over the phone about delivery. Online orders require the registration number of the vehicle as a final check that the wheels will fit.
