I had a mixed experience with…

I had a mixed experience with Wheels4Sure. While things started smoothly, issues arose due to payment schedule errors and lack of professionalism from the staff. Communication was unhelpful, and my concerns were ignored. It seems the company struggled internally, impacting customer service. Wouldn't strongly recommend. Could've been handled better.

Worst I have ever encoutered

Never have I dealt with a company like this. In administration and if the current staff are anything to go by, its easy to understand to why are no longer in business.

Rude and unhelpful and quick to turn the car off even before they take the direct debit.

Avoid Colette Whitley at all costs

Utter shambles of a company

Utter shambles of a company, the current administrators/employees are unhelpful, rude and condescending.

Multiple issues with the car, non stop beeping from the immobiliser even whilst driving even with payments made on time.

The key for the car stopped working, I personally paid for replacement batteries, took it in for repair and the garage insist the connection may be damaged by the immobiliser fitted by Wheels4sure.

They refuse to answer the phone, refuse to help via email, insisting it is safe and acceptable to drive a car with incessant beeping due to their immobiliser and being unable to lock or unlock the car.

Dread to think of the experience I’m in for come the time to return the vehicle!

Absolute rubbish company, they should pay everyone for wasting time, money and effort, and all the people who work/worked for wheels for sure are so rude, they need some classes in manners and respect because they are lacking. thank god Fca have taken over such irresponsible people.

Angry at unjustified repair bill

Interested to read previous reviews regarding extortionate charges for repairs to body work on cars after being returned due to administration
We decided to give up our lease about 6 weeks ago due to uncertainty of situation
Car was collected and subsequently a short while afterwards we received a large bill for repairs to car
When car was collected no mention of damages and no signature was given by us on collection to confirm we agreed to state of car on collection
Our car in our opinion went back in a very good condition with no more than general wear and tear acceptable for car that was 2 and half years old
Report even mentioned dirty state of car even though it had been through car wash hours before collection,also stated no service history even though car was serviced by wheels for sure as service plan
There was numerous pictures of tiny little scratches that on average they were charging us £35 each to repair
Also had to query why we had been charged £78 for collection from a firm that was no more than 10 miles down the road from us when no offer of us dropping off had been mentioned
Can’t help but think that this is just a way to crawl back as much money as possible due to situation with no regard to the likes of ourselves that have been loyal and good customers for the last 8 years
Not just the investors that are being fleeced it seems

Been with wheels for sure for 6 yrs…

Been with wheels for sure for 6 yrs never had a problem till car went back due to administration ,once back they somehow produced pictures of damage and trying to charge me the car was spotless on leaving me will not be paying for any damage to the car this was not inspected on collection very disappointed customer after 6 yrs

We've had cars from w4s for years…

We've had cars from w4s for years (customer number 11) and never had any problems whatsoever. It's a shame what's happening to the company, especially for people with poor credit. Hopefully they'll open another company.

Not Happy

*UPDATE*

I wanted to add to my review after contacting the administrators about whether the current leases are going to continue till they are complete. We had an email reply to that specific question. According to someone with the initials DA (I won’t post the name) “all existing contracts will be honoured”.

This is different to the usual “for the time being” comment which has been the usual so far. I hope this is true and reassures people who are worrying that their car will be taken back before the lease ends.

We have leased 3 cars from Wheels4sure. Up till now we have not had any issues. When my husband lost his job in October we were about to sign for a new lease. We didn’t sign as we weren’t sure we could afford the monthly payment.
In February this year our second car needed some major repairs so we decided to lease another car from W4S. They took ages to process the application. I felt uneasy as the previous leases didn’t take that long. Eventually the lease was approved our Corsa was delivered. We scrapped our old car.
A few weeks later we received the news that the company has gone into administration. I don’t know if the company already knew this was coming but I’m extremely upset we are likely to be left without a car very soon. I would have repaired my old car if I had known this was coming. I would be interested to find out how much the company knew at the time we took out our lease.

Something which bothered us was the pressure that was put on us to leave a video or written review after we received the car. We were asked to make a point of saying how grateful we were for the investors making the lease possible. Knowing what we know now about the state the company is in I can only assume they knew they might be in trouble with the FCA.

Its all over for Wheels4Sure

Just found out by email that the company had gone into Administration.
It looks like its all over for Wheels for Sure !
Been told we need to keep paying so we can continue to use the car and we can keep it until further notice.
Looks like they will be recovering all of ours car back very soon.
Anyone know were we can all lease a decent/new car from now ? being a keyworker, I cant do my job without a car I am actually panicking right now.
I also feel for the investors who have potentially lost their savings.
The investors have set up a What's App page maybe us lease holders should do the same.

Easy and excellent!

I dealt with Marcus from start to the car being delivered and nothing was too much for him, always responded to my emails immediately and kept me in the picture on the delivery status of my Vauxhall Corsa!

Excellent service and easy approval, I can’t thank Marcus enough!

Fully recommended!

I had an absolute wonderful experience…

I had an absolute wonderful experience with the team at Wheels4sure; was dealing with Marcus Reighton who was simply amazing throughout the whole process and kept me up to date with all developments from start to finish.
Definitely a good place to go to when in need of a new car.
Highly recommended.

Total bull shitters

Total bull shitters
Been waiting for a car since November when we paid our deposit
Lots of excuses.
Gave us a temporary car mid February and now this!!!

It’s fraud!
Have given them a working week to refund us in full or we will seek to issue a county court claim against them. Have also contacted the FCA and The Mirror who lead with this story.

How can you sleep at night during this time robbing people? Sick

Money was refunded - one day before our deadline. No apology no offer of compensation or interest though which I guarantee they would have charged me.
Still got this car - payments due technically Monday which won’t be made as I don’t want the temporary vehicle. Will be interesting to see how they act. I’ve asked three times now for them to confirm what is happening with this car and that the contract is nil
And void.
Got a feeling this will drag on

Edit - 08/03/2020 - so apparently I need to pay for the temporary vehicle to be collected and pay for usage on the vehicle? Really- given the 5 months of lies and deceit? What about interest owes on the money you held for five months? Outrageous

From start to finish 🌟

9/10 service! The car is amazing, and as promised, the fact they help customers who’s credit maybe isn’t the best and provide them with a new car is outstanding. Other companies who provide credit to bad credit customers are offered run down, cheap cars at extortionate prices should learn a thing or two from Wheels4Sure.

Communication wasn’t always at full attention which made me slight apprehensive at times, but eventually got the car and I’m now very happy.

Wheels 4sure are simply the best .I…

Wheels 4sure are simply the best .I have been a customer for several years have just had my new car delivered to my home. The Customer Service I received from Michael was excellent he made the transition effortless arranging my new car organising my car to be delivered to my home always keeping me up to date with the progress of my application .I received a courtesy call to make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend Wheels 4sure over and over again
