Emailed on a Sunday wanting advice about the correct wheel nut adapter, they emailed back within the hour, the product arrived through my postbox on Tuesday morning. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve received for anything I’ve done in years.

It was quick, easy, cheap, it arrived the next day.

I accidentally bought two and didn’t even notice since the initial price seemed so cheap and before posting they checked with me if it was on purpose and immediately refunded, zero hassle.

Provided a photo of the locking wheel nut on the Saturday, and was told the lead time for the part was 7 days due to it coming from Germany. By Tuesday it'd been delivered, and a perfect fit. Saved me a load by not going to my Ford garage and really prompt responses. Definitely would use again!

We were missing the locking wheel-nut "key" from my daughter’s car and the Hyundai dealership were no help. I was a bit nervous when I came across this site — it isn’t the most polished or enticing — but the reviews were excellent so I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did!

I sent a WhatsApp message with a couple of photos and got an immediate response. The price was great, the key arrived the very next day, and my local garage used it today with no issues whatsoever.

Truly excellent service 👏. Received my very nice used car at the shipping port. Very nice, but..The locking wheenut key was still somewhere in Japan. Photos and measurements sent off to these people who deciphered what it was perfectly. Saved me paying to have them removed/ruined and buying a new set. Very pleased.

I had 2 services from them. 1 thro Ebay and another thro their website/WhatsApp. Both were brilliant. Perfect fit on both. So happy they were able to help us. Highly recommend them. I ordered a new locking key as I lost the original from my car, but I finally found it again. I talked to them and they were able to cancel the order and give me back my money in only 5 minutes!

Brilliant service from this Company...Tried many others who quoted ridiculous price for an item that they could guarantee would fit and was not an original GM Part..The quotes varied from £65 to £98..for next day delivery.
The original that came with the car was ruined..anialated by the use of a Windy Gun and over torqued...The service, advice and next day delivery from from Wheellocking Co was fantastic..Its fits perfectly..Can't thank them enough..Robin Anderson

Can’t recommend enough! My old wheel-lock key broke and I couldn’t find the right replacement because the serial number of pattern was missing. I sent pictures of the screw pattern and my car make to Vinny on WhatsApp, and he precisely matched the correct key. I had it within seven days. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

Excellent communication dealt with my locking key with no issues or chew,straight forward and came in 24hrs and actually think it fit better than the original I lost.
