Dodgy pricing going on, their 'sale' prices say down from xxx when the price has't ever been that high, pretty sure it has to have been on sale for that amount to claim that. Local trading standards contacted, was about to order from here but they're now £100 more than when I looked last week, even on sale!

Good quality storage bin with efficient delivery service.

I was looking for a double bin store. I noticed they had one on sale for £399, down from £450. When I came back a few days later to purchase they had changed their advertising to say it was on sale at £499 down from £550.

I’m pretty sure this is illegal.

Deliverd on time, Driver very helpful, easy instructions to follow on assembly, I assembled on a slight slop, so needed tobe aware of needing packings to level up,
unit is in position and working fine.

Quality, well constructed,very pleasing on your eye.
Well worth the money.
Delivery and contact with seller excellent.

Easy to assemble and a missing part was dispatched promptly.
Make sure you get the base level and square.

Kit was good, only issue was during the storms the lids were blown up and broke the hinges, I have now put latches on the lids to hold closed, they work fine, would recommend this retrofit if like us you live in a valley or similar where you get a lot of gusty wind

Resealably easy for the novice to assemble, though diagrams could be a bit bigger and some the wording next to said diagrams too.

I recently purchased a wheelie bin store from Wheelie Bin Storage Direct and overall, I’m quite pleased. The ordering and delivery process was straightforward, and the product arrived well-packed and on time. The store itself is robust, looks great in the garden, and is of good quality, which I really appreciate. However, the assembly instructions could be clearer, as they made construction more time-consuming than expected. Despite that, the final result is worth it, and it's great to have a UK-made product. A solid 4 stars from me!

I have yet to construct my 4 bin storage but it looks sturdy and well made in its flat pack state.
It took a while to reach me on Mull but Wheelie Bin Storage were very helpful in tracking the delivery - also on the measurements at the initial order stage.

Simple to build

Tricky to assemble , instructions could have been better, but now assembled works very well

I purchased a quad wheelie bin storage unit in August 2024. The day before it was due to be deivered I noticed the price had been reduced by £50. I contacted the company and spoke to James Crawford, Customer Experience Manager who said as a good will gesture we will refund you £50. The complete transaction from start to end was faultless. I let the bin storage dry out as per stated in the instructions. I then painted it before assembling it and put plastic blocks on the underside of the unit so its not in direct contact with moisture on the floor surface. The storage unit looks great and works a treat. I would certainly recommend this.

the 3 bin store was well made and went together easily. My only problem was the weight of the covers as they were well made but rather heavy for older or shorter persons.

We placed the order and received confirmation email including our request for it to be constructed the opposite way to the picture. We received estimated delivery date and was contacted by the palette company to agree delivery date date. When it was delivered I checked the contents and we were one handle short. I emailed them and received a prompt reply with an apology and that they would put one in the post straight away. The handle arrive shortly after. Very happy with the service provided.

In all 217 screws so you really need power tools.

I ordered the storage unit and requested a date which supplier achieved. Once I had it the process of assembly was reasonably straightforward. The instructions said that it should be assembled by two people. I actually did it by myself. It took about 3.1/2 hours. I had a nice level base to set it on and once it was set up the whole assembly became pretty rigid. Overall the quality feels good. It is so much more pleasant to look at than the 4 individual bins. The lids - which lift the plastic bin lids - work well and the doors to remove the bins also work well.
