Buyer BEWARE!!
Order placed the end of July for bridal shower 8/24/24. Arrived melted. Customer service submitted a new order after I sent in pics of the melted product and was assured replacement would be before the event. Called company 5 x’s the week of Aug 19-23. Passed around between 3 people with no one taking responsibility. Aug 22 finally told it hadn’t shipped out so I cancelled the order and told them not to send it and issue me a refund. Received customized candy with bride and grooms pic on it 1 week after the event, called company and they stated they had no record of me cancelling it and no record to issue a refund. I was told the manager would call me. Never happened. Submitted a dispute through my CC company without resolution. So I am out the cost of the customized candy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

My son’s first birthday was this passing weekend and I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered a candy buffet back a few months back and had my delivery date set to august 30th. My party was September 14th. I received a partial order the week before the party and never received the rest of it.
Customer service will tell you that they’re short staffed but that isn’t the customers fault. I paid $300 for an order that was put in months ago and didn’t get what I paid for. I ended up having to buy additional candy from nearby store which cost me a lot also. DO NOT ORDER from this company because you will not be satisfied.

It’s a very shady company to work for , clicks .. they bring in people to interview and then talk behind their back about age , or race or even what they are wearing. If you have too much experience they will not hire you, afraid you’ll take their job. They prefer you to have just a high school degree but you can’t be to smart or you’ll never be hired ..It’s ridiculous
Stellar customer service
I have used this company in the past. They are stellar. There was some confusion with my recent order, but they expedited another shipment and it got to my house in time for my son’s graduation party. Everyone commented on the clear and crisp photos and design that covered my sons “thank you “candy bars. I will continue to use this company for all of my special events.

I got this chocolates for our wedding gift. I surprised my family and friends. So gorgeous and tasteful. The package is so beautiful. I recommend all the person that asked me about this . The company is so diligent and polite. I’m in love with this product. In the future I’m going to order their products.
Disappointed
Chocolates were fine but I got only half of my order sent out. I called and asked for the rest of it and although there were 6 days left till my party, they couldn't (wouldn't) deliver the rest.

Awful experience with WH customer…
Awful experience with WH customer service. I called because even though I spent more than 20 dollars for shipping 50 wrappers and 50 foils (delivered in a cheap envelope), the foils came bent. Foils bend easily--ship better, WH Candy---especially for the price you charge for shipping! But to make matters worse, when I asked for replacement foils, I was told to send pictures. When I sent pictures I was then asked what date the event was (it was right in their information because the date was printed right on the wrappers). Anyway...I emailed them the date. Then I get an email saying they won't be sending replacement foil to me because according to the pictures "you can still use them." I can still use them?! I paid more than 80 dollars to have bent foils presented at our event? Because you don't want to send me 50 FOILS?! Horrible service!

Shipping 50 wrappers with 50 foils in a soft paper envelope cost 20 dollars..and that's not rush shipping..that was the cheapest shipping price you could choose. To boot, the foils were bent at the corners when they arrived! I took pictures as they requested when I asked if they would send me new foils. I was told by a customer service representative that they would not be sending foils because I can still use them! I paid over 80 dollars and my favors are going to look so cheap. I emailed them back and said that's unacceptable. They should stand by their product AND ship in a better box so the foils won't bend. I asked that a manager contact me. Guess what? Nobody contacted me. I was completely ignored. No answer, no help. Customer service is NOT good!!!! Don't deal with a company who won't help you when there is a problem. Also, they are stealing money with that shipping. Nobody charges that much for a light envelope. Crazy! And don't take the chance, because it's not like you can return them. And then if there is a problem they won't help you. Not worth the chance!

Your website apparently was having trouble with uploads for logos. But I didn't know this and WH kept sending messages stating it was the file we uploaded. After bugging my marketing several times over, turned out it was on your website. That was unfortunate since I had to bother our inside people sooo many times.

I submitted a high-resolution file but the logo is pixelated and not the right color. Will not be re-ordering again for next year.
