UK buyer here. Competitive pricing. For me, also had no import tax or hidden fees on arrival. Long delivery as it ships from China, despite the "UK" suggesting URL. I see that others from the UK hav... See more

Purchased off whatgeek very quick delivery item exactly as described A+++ i would not hesitate to recommend.
Parcel company (Amazon shipping)…
Parcel company (Amazon shipping) delivered to the wrong address, unfortunately they don't know where it was delivered and nor do they care. Whatgeek don't care and neither does PayPal, they all hide behind the fact the courier says it's delivered, no refund, no replacement.
Edit:
Ha! a response in less than 24 hours. Funny how you ignored me for weeks on end when I e-mailed you directly about the problem, put up a one star review and you're all over it.
You've also not bothered to contact me since you posted the apologetic message.

Website not up to date & poor service
After being recommended Whatgeek by a friend, i was confident to buy from them however i genuinely don’t know how their ratings are so high. I purchased a handheld gaming console and paid extra for priority shipping (all comes from China). After waiting two weeks, I contacted them to ask where it is and was informed it would be delivered the next week. The product never arrived and after I contacted them again (no proactive comms from them throughout the entire experience) they informed me it was out of stock. Thinking this was just unlucky, I ordered another (different) handheld and after contacting them, they said it was out of stock again. I’m still waiting for both refunds, I hope this won’t be an issue however if you are buying from them, be very careful.

Great Customer Service
Was able to get a replacement for a keyboard that malfunctioned easily through their email service :)
Easy to track delivery time
Easy to track delivery time, product came as expected in good packaging. Would definitely order from uk.whatgeek again.
Zero customer service, no responses regarding requests
Irresponsible shop! I placed my order on 7 February, didn’t hear anything from them regarding a confirmation email for shipping. Sent a follow-up email on 15 February, no response. I sent them a DM on Instagram, also no response. Finally on 21 February, I get an email from WhatGeek requesting for my details as I had placed an order, with no acknowledgement of my previous emails at all. I replied immediately requesting for a refund as it had been too long already. It is now 26 February and I have yet to receive any response at all from them. Would not recommend this shop at all.

Best place for electronics.
Kept me fully informed during the delivery period, both with tracking and email updates. Everything arrived on time or early and was very well packaged.
Amazing service after broken keyboard
Whatgeek is a really nice keyboard reseller with high quality customer service. My keyboard (Lofree Flow) broke and didn't turn on anymore, and whatgeek provided a solution a few days later!
10/10!
Happy with the order
Product I ordered was exactly as described. Shipping took a couple weeks to arrive but that is expected based on where it was coming from.
Even though my keyboard was broken
Even though my keyboard was broken, they helped me a lot, I thank them.
Lots not clear
As the title suggests, there were a few things not made clear that resulted in what I believe to be a poor service.
I ordered from this website because I didn't want to order a device that shipped from China. At no point during the order process was this made clear.
I opted for free delivery as 10-15 days for the item to arrive was fine. 15 days past, I wondered if they meant 15 working days but the item had not shipped yet.
Just before I attempted to contact their customer services, I got an email explaining that the item had been dispatched. It was only after the item made it to the UK did Amazon give me a delivery date, which was expected 15 days after the item arrived in the UK. The item was then delivered four days later and I got it 21 days after ordering.
The item was in good working order and as described. If I'd known about the item being shipped from China, I would have ordered from somewhere else.

I had a good experience and would order again. I was kept informed, had good tracking, timings were fine and the product arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

Ordered a Miyoo A30 and was happily looking forward to it arriving. Around 2 weeks after purchase I asked What Geek if it had been dispatched yet and they responded saying it was out of stock and discontinued.
Clearly they were more than happy to have kept my money and never sent the item until I enquired about it.
Avoid company at all costs.

Amazing
Amazing! I got the cubexx emulator and it's fantastic for travelling and keeping me occupied. Delivered sooner than expected too. I will return as a customer.
Excellent service
I ordered 2 devices from whatgeek.uk and they arrived ahead of the expected date. Whatgeek informed me every step of the way and I couldn't be happier with their service. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future. :)
