I ordered a product on line and has not received a confirmation. I repeatedly phoned and emailed them but no response. I have lost my money. Beware of this company

Bought a box of Pokemon Evolutions, and when they arrived it was a resealed evolutions box that had Unified Minds packs it in. The box was also damaged so the first pack i opened the cards had a chunk taken out of them, and they werent even real cards, just plastic fakes, Id never use this site again

I finally received my order of Roblox toys for Christmas, but these are not genuine Roblox toys. These are cheap knock offs and it shows. Absolutely not worth the money I paid. These people are scammers. The lowest of the low, to be ripping people off, especially at Christmas. I really wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. How these people are able to keep getting away with this is beyond me? Stay clear people!

This company is a scam.I ordered pokemon cards and they gave me fake ones. First of all the way it came was my first clue. They just mailed them in a DHL bag. So even if the cards were real they wouldn't be worth anything because they were crushed. Hell I even got cards with know rating and on the holo cards it looked glitter all on my hands.These people are scammers and really wish I would of read the reviews. NEVER AGAIN

This website ships from Hong Kong, which was not at all clear when ordering, and obviously meant slow delivery. Even worse, the expensive £80 lego set I ordered arrived unboxed, just stuffed in a carrier bag. The instructions are present, at least, but I assume it is secondhand, and doubt all the pieces will be present. It was intended for a gift, and don't see how I can give it now. Complete waste of money, for what was a £4 saving over the same set from a legit retailer. Really dreadful company, don't use.

They don't even deserve 1 star at all. Horrible customer service. I wish I would've read these reviews before I made a purchase with this horrible company! Fighting to get a refund for a merchandise that I order back in March 2020 and it's December 4, 2020 and have yet to get an answer. This company shouldn't be in business with these horrible reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Crooks. Don't bother. I ordered an item and eventually received a dirt cheap, worthless alternative. Usual nonsense where you have to return the item to get a refund but they are in Hong Kong so it isn't worth it. Total scam.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered from them and i haven't seen my order. I have emailed them and it's saying the company is no longer there. SEND ME BACK MY MONEY OR MY PRODUCT. WHO DO WE COMPLAIN TO? AND WHO IS GOING TO HELP US.?

It has been a month and I still haven’t received anything almost 200 dollars the tracking number do not work and I keep getting a e-mail saying the business hours but nobody ever contacts me straight B.S

Ordered 3 months ago. tracking info said my order was in Bloomington, CA 30 days ago but still have not received. Who are these people and why are they allowed to sell on Facebook?

If only I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered on the 22/05/20, i didn’t realise it was coming from China. Last update from tracking is that beginning of June the package is in Lithuania. I’ve sent multiple emails and never had a reply!!! I don’t even know how I go about trying to get my money back

I placed an order in April and was delivered part of my order in JUNE and I have sent multiple emails, because you can not call them. And I still have not received any response from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. YOU MIGHT GET SOME OF YOUR ORDER. AND THEN YOU WON'T HEAR A WORD BACK. I asked for a refund and still no response. AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY.. It's not even that good of a deal.

I have ordered from this company twice before without any issues. But, my last order I'm still trying to get. Purchase was April 21, 2020....cc $ taken on the 22nd. I recieved one email stating I have recieved my package...which I haven't !!! still trying to contact them without any response to my emails. I have read somewhere that because of the COVID-19 ORDERS FROM CHINA WERE SENT BACK this does not excuse them from contacting/responding to my emails. My next step is reporting them to BBB.

I ordered a full gel nail kit from them and all I recieved was one small bottle of the gel, that was it. No forms or burshes or any other bottles as advertised. When I went to look on the site to see what everything included, the site is no longer active. Horrible

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with . You will not receive the items you ordered and you will not get a reasonable answer from them as to where your order is and you will be fighting to get your money back and may not get it back . I am still trying to get my refund .

Do not trust them. You will never get your order. They will no answer your e-mails asking for your order or money refund. Just avoid.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Check this rating before buying from this sorry company. I placed two orders and one was sent to an address I hadn't had in years. So i emailed them with the correct address and they still sent my second order to the wrong address. I have tried with several attempts to email them to see if they would refund me the money or compensate me some how and i never heard back from them. They owe me $40. Never Never order from these jerks.

Horrible customer service, I requested a refund within a week of buying the item and they once processed it cannot be refunded, okay. I'll gave them the benefit of the doubt. I also asked for an address change within a few days of ordering it and they refused. Since then I've had no updates on my package, the tracking number they gave me doesn't work and I cannot get anyone to contact me back about the problem. It's been two months and I've moved from my old house, so even if the package arrives I'll never receive it. Wouldn't ever buy from this company again. It's a downgraded version of wish.

I bought two nails file with all the bits to file the gel polish and nails and they sent the nail bit file only 6 little pieces but never got the drill part and the tppk the 34.84 out of my account on April 17, 2020 and I can't get in touch with them so please don't buy from them.
