They are scammers and lairs. They advertised one item and sent me something different. They won't refund for shipping so have waisted my time and money. I don't have a gift to give my friend on their birthday. I will never purchase from them again.

Too long of a wait
Too long of a wait. Order was made June 13th and I’m still waiting though I don’t need it anymore..
I ordered the same costume from a different site. It was cheaper and was delivered within a week.

As we have mentioned on the website that our products are located in Australia and some of our fulfilment is overseas so occasionally shipping times are longer.
Anyways - hope you eventually got the product and are happy with it.

They are drop shipping from China
We did not realise they dropship from China and it would be a month long wait for delivery. The item arrived with no attractive, simply wrapped in bubble wrap. This is a gift and it looks like we have regifted something 2nd hand. Buyers be warned this is not an Australian warehouse, products are shipped from China direct and you can buy for 1/2 the price of Aliexpress.

Haven’t received order
A month after my order and still received nothing. Have emailed asking for an update was told it was still in transit and they would get back to me - no reply as yet.
Would not recommended.

Wouldn’t recommend at all ! Australian based website but what you don’t know is products are overseas so their shipping times are all lies! Communication was very responsive and quick but if you’re buying from an Australian website you expect the items to be located there as well ! Never received item , went through PayPal for refund as who knew when my item was going to come as it was in China for over 2 weeks as it is !
