The design was lovely but the mask itself is a little stiff and the fabric isn't shaped to sit close enough to provide any sort of actual protection so I probably won't wear it. Shame, as if the actual mask was a better quality and shape then the design would have been really pretty

Side parts of masks are too short and not elastic, not stay behind the ears. Worse part is I complained about it by email but nobody replied. I was expecting an answer or to replace them etc..

My first order was dispatched very quickly. My second order has taken longer due to high demand. I really like my mask, although I have found that the wire nose piece has slid its way along the top when it has been washed. Maybe a longer piece of wire could be used in future designs or it could be stitched in more securely? Other than that, I have been pleased so far with my mask. I certainly feel more protected when I go out.
I love my new mask! It was made bespoke for me, my chosen colours and design, most importantly, it fits on my face perfectly and comfortably. It comes with two replacements filters which are easy to change. Delivered to me very quickly after placing my order.

The quality of these masks are amazing, also have a feature in which you can bend the mask to fit around you nose which I thought was great. The idea that it’s your own personalised mask makes it that much better! Will definitely be ordering again for my fam.

There’s also a wide range of products if you are not looking to customise. The actual mask is comfy and soft meaning it is not irritating for the skin. Perfect place to purchase a mask especially as they are going to become compulsory!
