Terrible!!! We didn't even finish our application before they sent us unmarked (named) cards and started hitting us with fees and bills up to $325! I called multiple times and was told someone would get back to me. We hadn't completed the application bc we wanted to make sure we coudl use the cards at our preferred gas station. When I called in hopes of paying the initial fee and waiving the rest and getting. new cards, they refused until we paid a $325 past due balance for nothing!!! No way!!! If WEX’s customer service were a maze, it would make the Minotaur pack up and quit. Calling their "help" number is like entering a vortex of robotic voices and endless menus that lead to—wait for it—absolutely no human ever. It's like they put the “H” in HSA just to remind you there’s “Hardly any Support Available.”
Trying to set up an account online? Good luck. It’s an infinite loop of password resets that don’t work, screens that freeze, and logins that act like they’re allergic to actual functionality. By the time you’re done, you’ll feel like you’ve aged enough to qualify for Medicare.
Their service is so unresponsive, I’m starting to think my HSA stands for “Hold, Suffer, Aggravate.” If I had a nickel for every time I screamed “operator” into the phone, I could probably pay for my own healthcare out of pocket.

Customer services are terrible. Overall experience so far is terrible. Just get you an American Express and buy fuel wherever you want to. Wex and shell make thing too complicated.

Then, you find out that they have not activated your vision/dental accounts when they received payments for COBRA 2 months ago!!! They are not doing their job by notifying the insurance companies for COBRA enrollees. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Website is buggy, often is unuseable
The website's user experience is poor, with numerous bugs in the web app frequently preventing users from completing their desired actions.
$75 late fee on $8
I cancelled my 2 fleet gas cards when I realized the fleet discount did not compare to the other fleet cards I have. My cards were reactivated somehow I was charged an $8.00 fee for 2 cards then, since I assumed I would not be charged I missed the $8.00 payment and was charged a $75.00 late fee. This is highway robbery their late fees are excessive to say the least. Do not give them your business you will regret it.

These scum are actually soul sucking demons I never use the card never touched it didn't do anything with the account and I'm charged $240 for upkeep b******* it is absolutely ridiculous and when I called and asked if anything could be done about it they told me it's all hidden in terms and services and you can't do anything about it you're liable do not use them

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. They don’t understand English, have no idea what an ambulance is, what an orthopedist is, what a medical center is. They denied a claim, my money not theirs, because they thought getting hip injections was vitamins. They are literally that stupid.

well the UAW is not going to give anybody anything that they haven't raped.. does FSA card does not work.. you have to wait on hold for them to call you back which they don't.. you have to wait on hold an hour and a half or give them your number they will call you back.. which they don't.. the UAW is giving you something that does not work.. you a w will always give you stuff that they have a piece of.. and you get a much better deal somewhere else... you must buy from there FSA or their store I think this is a scam anyway..
Stay away they are shady
Stay away! This company is terrible! They are terrible about sending out there bill in a timely manor. They would usually show up the day they were do or days later. Not only do they they have a $75 late fee if not paid by the due date. But charge you $50 more to reactivate your account once they suspend if for late payment. Spend $75 in fuel and pay an additional $125 in fees and penalties. Customer service is a joke. I had complained for months about the bills and late fees. They said no problem we will take care of that. Never happens. I finally spoke to a supervisor. Explaining that I have been calling for months about this issue. I was told” there’s no evidence that you tried to pay your bills on time so you are responsible for paying all the fees . In the 6 months I had them I have probably wasted $500 in there BS charges. Like so many others I cut their cards up and am done with them!

The worst bank ever
Do not, I repeat, do not ever use WEX (Fleet One) fuel cards. There is absolutely no security or safety whatsoever. Someone used our cards, fuel cards that are nonexistent in our fleet, and WEX allowed them to take $8,500 without our approval. Multiple times, over 3 days in a row, $900 and then $700, and so on, all totaling $8,500. We did not even know that you could get cash with those cards. They blamed us for it and took the money out of our account. The customer service was horrible, and the experience was abysmal. I'll see if I can gather enough money to hire a lawyer and pursue legal action. I just hope nobody else has to endure this.
