Ordered 2 sweaters in XXL but i got 1 one XL, mailed the customer service and they handled it quickly. Got send a new one in XXL and got to keep the wrong size one so i could give that one to my son.

Accidentally ordered 3 trousers. Just needed two. My wife sent an email later on and she got a response almost immediately. Returning wasn’t a hassle. Thanks for saving me the headache ;)
