Terrible company. Took my money and did not ship what I ordered and did not respond to questions.

I placed and order few days ago and I just received an e-mail that the order is confirmed. First red flag was that there was no security code requested when I paid with my Visa (usually I am requested to enter a special code). In the next few days I was expecting to receive some updates. When I tried to reach the site for a half a day the access to it was blocked via my browser as not secured. I sent an e-mail to the site and no feedback. In addition I tried to chat with the support with no success. Then I tried to follow the instructions to cancel my order as this is something that is described as possible. However, I am not able as there is no link "cancel" as it is mentioned on the web site.
SO I am totally disappointed and I am mad to myself that I have not read the reviews here.

Did not receive any type of confirmation or order tracking number for my order which I paid and the customer support don’t answer to email, text messages or phone calls. I can’t recommend this service to anyone.

The plastic parts were falling off as well as ornaments at the bottle
I sent pictures and explanations at their mail and at their chat on website ad even called mobile phone from the site...
no response, not even in spam, not a single response for two weeks...
They say that they will get in touch in 12 hours... nothing
I lost every hope in contacting them for past two weeks about return so I had to write here...
If you want to buy something faulty and never get response, feel free to buy from this site

Unreliable seller and/or scam
The update as of today 30th of November,
The wrong item was delivered. This order #1091 has been placed for ‘SINGLE MALT’, and instead sent ‘FOUNDER’S RESERVE’.
It is very very disappointing!
The seller was notified on his email ‘info @ allspirits.irish’ and ‘info @ wevino.store’.

The order was placed on 23rd of November in Seller website allspirits.irish, just later has found out it belongs to wevino.store, noticed in transaction details while tried to cancel it.
This order has never been dispatched.
The seller disguised the website so it looks like it’s based in Ireland. The seller has not been responsive, once I asked him to cancel the order and the full refund, neither to a numerous phone calls +353 1 525 3013, +39 040 972 0422 nor to chat/email.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Ordered two bottles of Eden Mill gin. Nothing arrived. When I phoned the company i was told by the person answering the phone that he no longer worked for the company and that he would avoid ordering from them. I should have known better - will now chase through the legal process

I ordered a bottle of Grappa from Wevino as a birthday present for a friend in Croatia. This didn't arrive. In the end it turned out to be my own stupid mistake, because I had not passed on the address correctly. The person who emailed with me was and remained very friendly and patient. When I finally gave the right address, he made sure that the bottle of grappa was delivered properly. I am very happy with the service and kindness of Wevino
Nothin has shipped 2 weeks after my order.
I ordrered 2 bottles june 27, have not received anything yet. Whenever I ask about my order the answer is, it should be there soon, but it has'nt even shipped yet. Never again Wevino! I want my money back! Now!

Upon being informed, today I received my second order - 5 days after I placed it online. Central Europe to Malaysia in such a short time! It just gets better and better and absolutely my go to for more and more products that are rare in Malaysia. I would say the Wevino team autographs their work with quality all round! An attestation of diligent and excellent service for which now my local community of the same interest are truly convinced. Thank you wevino!!! I was searching for a special edition Cointreau and I found it on wevino. I was really sceptical cause it was my first time on this site and didn't know if it was a scum. But luckily I took the chance and made an order. I'm typing this review for anyone that might be sceptical as I was, don't worry they are amazing! They responded really fast to all of my questions and delivered the product to Greece within 9 days even though the told me that they had to restock the product that I wanted so it would take some time. It arrived in perfect condition! Thank you!!!

En Primeur - cancelled order
Ordered 12 bottles of En Primeur wine over a year ago. 4 were delivered this summer. However, they were unable to supply the remaining 8 units.
There was no response to my numerous emails. I eventually managed to get to speak with the owner Ivan who offered me an inferior vintage of the same wine but at a cost that was over 40% higher.
Very disappointed as the wine is now way more expensive to purchase from other suppliers.
I will definitely not be ordering En Primeur wine from Wevino again.
Canceled my order unilaterally and did not respond to an email asking why
They canceled my order a day after placing it. I emailed them to ask why and they did not respond. Avoid.
Wevino's Packaging & Shipping
I'm extremely impressed by Wevino's packaging/shipping department, especially for international orders. I have made five purchases from them so far. The bottles were meticulously packed for international shipping. Also the carrier service DHL were quick each time. I received my packages within five business days from placing each order.

Ordered some hard to find hendricks seasonal gins from wevino. Product arrived in 11 days to US and came well packaged. Product is the real deal. Will order again from them soon! Had a mix up where the initial tracking number wasn't updated after shipment and customer service was quick to respond with the correct tracking number.

The day after I wrote my review on Trustpilot, I received an E-mail from Wevino in which a person explained what had happened to the primeur wines. They explained that they had to cancel the purchase because of logistic problems, as they could not guarantee that the wines would show up. They then paid back my money very quickly and offered me 15% on the next purchase. Very good and quickly handled! But what I do not think is so good and which must be much better is to respond to E-mails. If you can not answer in detail immediately just answer: We will be back to you as soon as possible. I will not have to write a review on Trustpilot to get an answer. If the above would work flawlessly, I would give Wevino 5 stars.
