A Supportive and Growth-Oriented Experience at WeUno Technologies

Working at WeUno Technologies was a very valuable learning experience for me. I had the chance to work on multiple projects, which helped me develop my technical skills and gain exposure to real-world scenarios.

Working under Ma’am Alyna Butt guidance was especially impactful. Her mentorship and feedback helped me improve my approach and grow professionally.

The team was supportive, cooperative, and always willing to help, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. There was a strong focus on learning and taking ownership of work.

I’m grateful for the experience and the
skills I gained during my time here. Overall, I would recommend WeUno Technologies to anyone looking to start their career and build a solid foundation.

My experience at WeUno Technologies has been great so far. The company provides a supportive and professional work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and learn. One thing the company does really well is maintaining clear communication and collaboration among team members.

WeUno is also doing well in building a skilled technical team . The management is approachable, and the organization focuses on improving processes to make work more structured and efficient.

Overall, it is a good place for professionals who want to learn, contribute, and grow in the IT industry.

Wonderful experience!!

Was a absolute treasure of an experience working at WeUno. Particularly with Alyna and Fazian who not only taught me a lot but supported me when I needed time off for applications for my masters and interviews after I'd gotten in. They not only celebrated employees who secured bigger roles after their time in WeUno but actively supported their professional and personal growth during their time there. I'm grateful to have worked under a strong woman, especially as a young female professional myself and to have had Faizan as a supporting factor through every new professional milestone I achieved during my time there. I think I speak for the whole team when I say the work environment was always friendly, supportive and streamlined to avoid any hinderances and maintain a consistent workflow. The cherry on top being we never sat late nor were we expected to. 10/10 reccomend working here, they set the standard.

Steep Learning Curve, good for limited time only

I worked at the company for over 3.5 years, but my employment was terminated with immediate effect based on false allegations.
Still, I learned a lot during my time there.

Pros:
Learning curve (too much work)
Fast-paced work
You will get credit of your work

Cons:
- It was a good company, but that was 2 years ago
Forced to work on 21+ (porn) and alcohol-related websites.
- Daily late sittings
- Very limited late-sitting benefits (food)
- Too many meetings on a daily basis
- No good seniors
- Too much pressure
- Bosses create situations in which you are forced to leave the company
- Fake allegations when you are no longer needed

Advice to Management:
- Be fair with the employees
- Reward people when they deserve it
- Stop back-biting and internal politics
- Avoid mixed messaging about company ethics and project choices
- Be honest about the kind of clients and platforms the company works with
