I’ve been using WeTracked for about 2 years, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any service.

I tried to add a store today and was told it was tied to an old account that I had already stopped using (it was deactivated and had no active plan). When I contacted support to transfer the store to my current active account, I was told I would have to pay $149 just for the transfer.

This is completely unreasonable. I wasn’t using the old account or any paid plan, yet I was being charged a high fee just to move a store — even though I already have another active account with them that I am paying for.

What made things worse was the support experience. The agent, Ryan, was very rude and didn’t make any effort to help or find a solution. There was zero flexibility — just a demand to pay the fee.

After hours of conversation, they finally admitted that I did not actually use the plan and that I shouldn’t need to pay the $149 fee. However, they said I would still need to wait several days for their finance team to remove the pending invoice.

Since I could not wait that long due to losing hundreds of dollars in my business, I suggested paying the $149 upfront just to proceed with the store transfer, with the understanding that it would be refunded afterward. This was confirmed as a possible solution.

I also have a $74 credit on my account and was willing to add the remaining $76 to cover the invoice, but I was told I could not use my credit balance to offset the payment.

So in the end, even after acknowledging that I did not use the service and agreeing that I should not need to pay, I was still blocked by internal policies and system limitations.

Overall, this felt extremely inefficient and frustrating. After being a customer for 2 years, I expected much better flexibility and support. I do not recommend this service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we are truly sorry for how this situation felt on your end.

We completely understand your situation. You were trying to move a store quickly for your business, and instead you were met with delays, back-and-forth communication, and a process that didn’t feel flexible.

That’s not the experience we want to provide, especially to someone who has been with us for 2 years.

To clarify transparently, you were never meant to be charged for a store transfer itself.

The only blocker here was an outstanding invoice on the previous account, which under our current system needs to be resolved before a transfer can happen.

In your case, this should have been voided, as you hadn’t actively used the service, however, because this happened over the weekend, our Finance Team (the only team able to void or adjust invoices) was unavailable.

Given the urgency on your side, the option to pay and refund afterward was offered as a workaround so you wouldn’t have to wait several days and risk further business impact.

That said, we fully recognize that this still put you in a difficult and uncomfortable position, and we should have handled it with more clarity and ownership from the start.

We also sincerely apologize for how the interaction came across. Even when we’re limited by internal processes, the experience should never feel rigid or dismissive.

Since then, we’ve taken action to resolve everything:

-Your store has was successfully transferred
-The full $149 payment (invoice) has been refunded
-A small gesture adjustment has been applied to your other account

We also want to address review title directly. We genuinely understand how this situation led to that perception, but it’s difficult for us to read, as it does not reflect how we operate or what we stand for.

Our intention was never to charge you unfairly, but rather to find a way, within our limitations at the time, to unblock your request as quickly as possible.

That doesn’t change the fact that the experience fell short, and we take full responsibility for that.

We’re already reviewing internally how to better handle similar cases, especially during weekends, so we can provide faster and more flexible resolutions without putting customers in this position.

We truly appreciate your feedback, even when it’s tough to hear. It helps us improve.

Great App and Service

I’ve been using Wetracked for a while now and my experience has been excellent. The tracking is very accurate and gives me much better insights into my campaigns. What really stands out is the customer service: they respond quickly and provide in-depth support instead of generic answers. You can tell they genuinely think along with you. Definitely recommended if you’re serious about improving your results.

I’m very satisfied with my experience…

I’m very satisfied with my experience with Wetracked.io. The tool is reliable and has significantly improved my tracking and data insights. What I especially like is how user-friendly and clear the interface is.

On top of that, the customer support is excellent. Barry was very helpful, responded quickly, and genuinely took the time to assist me. That really makes a difference.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their e-commerce tracking!

wetracked has helped me track data for…

wetracked has helped me track data for almost 2 years now. best thing about them is their support. they really care and don't leave you hanging. i've once went in depth with them trying to solve something and they where there every time. love it. hope to see even more features in the future

Happy customer for 1 year and now

I am a customer for 1 year and now. I have the big pack of Scale-up plan. I have scaled all of my stores with wetracked.io . They are trusted partners and they have helped a lot to earn more sales that i was thinking! They exceed my expectations!

Promises results, but no measurable impact

I’m giving wetracked.io 2 stars because, although the platform promises improved ad tracking performance, I did not notice any measurable difference after implementing it. There was no increase in conversions and no additional sales, which was the main reason I decided to try the service in the first place.

In my experience, the results did not match the expectations created by their marketing claims, which was disappointing.

The only reason I’m not rating it lower is because they offer a 14-day free trial, which at least allows users to test the platform without financial risk.
