it's 3 days since I have been trying to reach the support via email, chat, web form, WhatsApp, and even by PHONE!! and no answer. this is ridiculous
looks like a scam.
Update , after this very negative review and an infinite number of emails, chats, WhatsApp, etc... "magically" they informed me by email that the product was found, checked, validated, and even shipped to my address! incredible, all of that in less than an hour. Anyhow, the UPS tracking number is valid and I am following it. Supposed delivery date, dec 22nd. will see, I am more than happy to change the evaluation of the company, but still wonder what should have been without a real bombing of phone calls, messages, forms, and even this very bad review.

I believe i was sold counterfit shoes, after barely 17 hours of wearing the shoes the sole already started to detach and some parts are already peeling off, wethenew refuse to take any responsability claiming the shoes were new when they sent them and because i have already wore them they can't do anything, they also fail to explain how a brand new pair of shoes wore for less than 24 hours are so easy damaged.

Defective order
Defective order, the shoe comes with a defect and they do not give you a solution, they simply tell you that the model is like this, when that is not true.. What they should do is return the full amount..

Disappointing Packaging and Customer Service Experience with Wethenew!!
Upon receiving my shoes, I noticed they were packaged in a box significantly larger than the shoebox itself. While this might not have been an issue if proper packing materials were used, unfortunately, this was not the case. Thats why the shoebox arrived at my doorstep damaged. Despite bringing this matter to Wethenew's attention through email, my concerns were dismissed without a proposed solution or acknowledgment of the error. Considering the high cost of the shoes, over €500, and the value of an undamaged shoebox as part of the product, I find this experience deeply disappointing. I am truly shocked and disappointed to see how careless and disrespectful they are in handling customers' belongings. My aim is to caution fellow customers about potential issues with packaging and customer service when dealing with Wethenew.
