They keep refusing shoes for stupid and literally no sense little “flaws” that you can’t even notice without a microscope + they make you pay 15€ to make them ship it back to you , not even StockX or other companies does such of things , so stop selling on this unprofessional platform.

Beware of Wethenew - Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Wethenew to alert others about their questionable business practices and disappointing customer service.
I had purchased a pair of sneakers from Wethenew, but unfortunately, they turned out to be the wrong size. I immediately contacted their customer service, explaining that I had only tried the shoes on for a brief period of 20 minutes before returning them in their original packaging.
To my surprise, the response I received was far from satisfactory. Wethenew accused me of tampering with the product by removing and reattaching the tag, which is a complete fabrication. It is disheartening to encounter such dishonesty from a company that should prioritize honesty and integrity.
This experience left me feeling frustrated and let down. It has also made me question the reliability and trustworthiness of Wethenew as a reputable brand. It is crucial for potential customers to be aware of these deceptive practices before making any purchases.
I strongly caution others to exercise caution when considering Wethenew as their preferred footwear provider. Their false accusations and lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns demonstrate a disregard for customer satisfaction.

Verification process is one of the worst in EU
Been a long time seller but i expect to stop selling on wethenew since they do not care about seller at all. 30/40% of the pairs you send get rejected for absolutely no reason at all. I do not recommend it if you are a seller that wants to sell in volume.

Really good store with original products nice customer service everything arrived in one piece and quite fast and I was informed every step of the way definitely suggest them for buying shoes ( for context I bought the adi2000 dark magician version shoes with the special dark magician promo card )
