Terrible customer service from this company. There's no way to contact them if you have a problem. I had no information about my order and then when it was delivered it wasn't delivered to me. It's impossible to contact the courier so I tried Weterton but there's no phone number for them and they don't answer emails. Several times I asked for a call but heard nothing. I've been a customer for a while so this is really disappointing. I guess they only care about the commercial orders and not the individual customers
I won't be buying from them again

Ordered two bags of chicken feed (£14.20 and £17.09) but only received one initially. Both items were marked as delivered because they were using the same tracking number, which was inaccurate.

After contacting them, I was told the missing item was damaged and a replacement would be sent. When it arrived, it was the wrong item, another £14.20 bag instead of the £17.09 one I originally ordered.

I followed up again but have received no response.

Overall, poor communication, incorrect items sent, and misleading tracking information. Would not recommend based on this experience.
