Always a great professional service! Wet & Dry recently installed my bathroom and fitted a sealed system in place of the gravity-feed system. It's an excellent job and the finish is superb. I would recommend them 100%.

James responded very speedily to our needs. His work was efficient , tidily done and reasonably priced. he was very willing to explain the work carried out . we would thoroughly recommend him.

We were lucky enough to have James fit our entire plumbing while he was training and he as looked after it ever since. He reminds us when it's due to be checked, and is honest and helpful.
Most recently, James made time in his day to come out when our pump failed (it's already survived past its expected lifespan) despite being booked up, and made it as simple as possible for us to get the issue fixed. He also makes sure we always have the most long term cost effective and best quality solutions. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

He is able to communicate problems and issues to the layman in a way that makes the work being carried out understandable and will offer recommendations on future issues that may arise as well as how to manage that.

He is realistic in his assessment of what is needed and does not try to "up-sell" in order to generate extra work.
