Dear Susan, thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry that the language barrier caused so much trouble.

Usually, my colleagues speak English on the phone as well. I would like to apologize that this did not work out for your call and that we did not respond properly to your call. I have already spoken to the colleague concerned about this, so that next time you will at least be called back by a colleague who can then speak English or French with you.

After you informed us that you could not complete your order, my colleague wanted to get more information about it to better understand the situation and help you. I looked at the correspondence and the email consisted of a total of 11 lines of text in English. So I don't think it was actually our handling of your request, but simply the fact that you can no longer shop in Switzerland on our website in your own language (French).

I fully understand that, and we really appreciate your suggestion. Perhaps your browser can translate our pages first, this can be easily set on most browsers. If you have any questions or further concerns, please feel free to contact us again. At least in English this should be possible at any time.
