I placed an order on 11/30 during a black friday special and kept trying to track my order and it indicated it was "waiting for shipment pick up". I inquired several times to customer service and did not hear back. Finally today i received a message back that my items are "out of stock" and that a refund will be processed. Let's see if that really happens. Buyer beware - sounds like a scam to me.
Really great materials used for this item and the fit is very customizable with the straps. Super easy access to items in the front storage and cool feature with the phone view panel. Awesome item to help capture some great days out on the mountain or trail.
