Not as advertised
The description for the towel racks we bought (2 for $80 ish so not cheap) said to hang your "bath" towel and they will not hold more than a small hand towel. The product also also not perfect to install as my husband had to create a workaround so the rack won't slip and tip with weight. The product is very nice just disappointed we can't use it for what was advertised/inteneded.

I will not buy again from the westquill...
I will say that the customer service was excellent, but their sizes they are not much the USA sizes...so a 10.5 in USA probably is 11.5 in china. The shipping was horrible literally took 14 days. You pay the returns and it is not in your best interest!!!

Terrible sizing, Difficult Return, Poor Communication
Avoid Westquill. Shipment took a very long time and came in three packages over the course of a month. The wrong sizes were shipped. The return process was very challenging with poor communication and their mistakes cost me to return. After finally completeing the returns, I was still out about 50% of the cost of my purchase.

Selling Cheap Copies - Bafly Sized
Like another reviewer ordered the Japanese shirt.
Took a month to arrive (guaranteed 10-14 day delivery).
Only arrived after requesting a refund.
What a disappointment.
I believe the shirt is a poor copy of something shown in the online photographs. Quality of material shocking. Thin and dye bore no resemblance to indigo. Cheap buttons which weren’t the same as shown, but worst of all the sizing. I was sent a size larger than ordered, but when measuring the larger size provided didn’t match the size chart on the company’s website for either the size I’d ordered or sent.
Lots of emails back and forward with the company, non of which respond to questions or requests made.
