I wanted a particular faucet for the kitchen. It was unavailable everywhere except westore24. It was a little more expensive than what I wanted to pay. But it was exactly the faucet that I wanted. I arrived in less than two weeks.

The experience was good, but shipping did take several weeks.

Not only did I not receive a confirmation email, but I never received any kind of correspondence from the company until I opened a credit card dispute. Then they threatened with a collections agency if I didn’t close my complaint. Don’t use them. Save the pain.

I paid $251 for dresses i never received. It was for 6 dresses and mouse ears and all i got was mouse 2 mouse ears. They do not respond and also my credit card said I got my items. I so far am out my money with no help from my credit card even though I have PROOF that my package was only .7kg and way too small to fit 6 dresses

My husband had order a beautiful parka from them... It was WAY too small for me and the measurements were way off... They said that we were wrong and said that we can pay for shipping and return it for a full refund... We did that... They said NOTHING about any custom fees having to be paid by us (we are in the US it was returned to China) we paid $60 something for shipping and they REFUSED the package saying we do not pay for shipping... We have recept and everything... Because they REFUSED the package after so many attempts the delivery company had to dispose of the package due to regulations... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER

Ordered a jacket for my wife which turned out to not fit, despite the listing of measurements on their website. I disputed the measurements, in which I received pushback on when they were clearly off my several inches. Upon requesting a refund, a 25% instant refund was offered due to shipping being expensive to China, where their products are drop shipped from. I chose a full refund and shipped the product back, not knowing the courier was going to charge the recipient to receive the item back. Refusing the delivery, the item will now be disposed of and I'm out nearly $400. Two months of dealing with them and nothing to show as a result. If clothing is being sold online, an accurate and reliable sizing and refund system should be in place. If you would rather avoid hassle and non-existent customer service, look elsewhere.

I partial to think that this Website is SCAM!!!!! I placed an order a week ago for a software download and never got an email confirmation with a link to download it or communication from them. I contacted via the form they have available on the site and never got an answer, called the phone number and hit a Voice Mail. BE CAREFUL... Don't let SCAMMERs get you Order Number WES-1SMHMKNJP3XJ

Do not buy from this company I ordered something that was seized by customs and they will not refund it because they say it’s not in their control it’s my control they should not be allowed to send something to Canada if customs seize it bank told me its up to me to check with government and thats not right you shouldnt be able to mail and have me pay for it if i wont get it
