I am extremely disappointed with Westmore Beauty. I relied on their shade matching recommendation, and they chose a shade that was much too dark for my skin. When I contacted customer service, they would not exchange the product or provide a refund, even though I trusted their recommendation.
The product also did not live up to its claims. It is advertised as weatherproof, but it transferred onto my clothes and stained them. For the price, I expected a product that performed much better and a company that stood behind its recommendations.
Between the inaccurate shade match, the lack of customer support, and the product transferring onto clothing, I cannot recommend Westmore Beauty based on my experience.

I love the product. It gives great coverage. I think it’s a slightly darker from my skin tone.

Ordered on 6/27. When checking on shipping status of my first purchase I noticed I had a subscription order waiting to be sent in July 30th. What the hell. I did not sign up for this. I see no mention anywhere on their website about any subscriptions. This is so shady. I will not do business with this company. Even if I find I love the product.

I loved the coverage that the product gave, BUT two days after applying I ruined a white towel after showering and one day after I ruined beautiful white sheets and comforter. The company states that some transfer should be expected, but this is unacceptable! I have photos if you would like to see. The directions say to remove with rubbing alcohol. I tried this with necklines also stained with this product after carefully applying correctly. I am very disappointed, please be extra careful with your bedding and towels. I got my money back. 7-5-26

The reason is because,
On the FB ad/ post your company gave the option of choice " 3M"
Color for the " body coverage " I have ordered. Needed it soon for a trip.

On that premise, I have placed my order.
But
When it arrived it was " 2N"
Big difference!
Next i have emailed your customer " no service ", and sent details screen shot of my purchasing this item, step by step!
Then ,
I received two message , one telling me go to the web site and deal with the customer service, without giving me the " link". So I have repeated my questions/ problem asking for the web site , if I have time to check it
My which i do not have time yo do so.
Then
I wrote your customer service telling them , I do not have time for checking your website site, rushing to pack for my
Trip !! Please send me a return label.
I want to return all of it, in its original shape abd packaging.
Have not used it.
You don't not have the color you put on the FB That deceived me and others,
Therefore, I see dishonesty!!?
As the result,
I will never order anything from your company!

An item was not shipped.

Like the color and the fact that is waterproof and long lasting.

Did not receive the applicator briah that was included free with order.
When will this be shipped?

I have yet to receive my order. The shipping method sucks!! It shouldn’t take 2 weeks for shipping.

I tried it on some small blue veins I have on my shins and I got really good coverage after 3 light coats. I reallly like it!

Product not at all as advertised. I did exactly what they said to do to apply the body coverage. Exfoliate, clean, dry skin. I waited 10 minutes and the product still felt tacky so I waited another 10 minutes, buffed the access off with a dry cloth. The color transferred on to my white shirt, and to top it all off, most of it came of with the first shower over 24 hours later, leaving me looking blotchy all over. Very disappointed.

It is the 4th of July I am sitting on my porch, high tempetures in Ohio, beautiful tan and for some reason no mosqutios. I usualy sit on the balcony for no mosqutios forgive me if I spelled that wrong. Love this product!

Love it So much better than self tanner. No odor

The shade your company suggested is way to light. I am going to call for either a refund or another shade to be sent to me. No instructions on how to clean the brush. Website is hard to navigate to for returns/exchanges.

The product is amazing. I love skin tints and this one is unique. I love the coverage and how it makes your skin feels and look.

I love this product. The best thing above the coverage is the texture, it’s not wet or goopy, it’s a perfect blend of concealment and dryness to look natural!

Your product is excellent. Your directions were very good. One recommendation eoujd be to provide information with the Beauty Brush on how to care/clean it. There were no instructions in the discharge, so I gad to go online for instructions. I prefer the manufacturer’s instructions vs. online, which can be generic. Thank you for an excellent product.

So I had tried my friends wear more product on my lower legs about a month ago on a whim! I woke up and had not bathed/shaved and she opened the box and started putting it on my legs to see what happens! Well WE LOVED IT! Looked great! So I ordered it but I lighter shade as I am a lot lighter than she. I ordered the pre-lotion for the best application, and I do think the pre lotion made the application appear flawless!! So 5 star for that product. The tanning color, meh. I can hardly tell I put anything on…and I was generous. I mean it’s like a bit orange as well, compared to the darker shade she bought. You would think just the opposite. I didn’t recognize an odor at all. And I do like the hint of sparkle. The prelotion I felt like made the tanner dry quickly as well! Basically I am stuck with a $75 dollar tube of tanner that’s way too light and orangey, And without the tanner the prelotion is useless. Order came pretty fast 4-days shipping time. Delivery box was nice and the application brush I do like…soft, and handle is nice for application. A few hair cam out but nothing to worry about. It is worth it for the application to look amazing! The color… I am tore up about… should have gotten the same color she got as it was brown, bronzy, dark golden beautiful sparkle… just pretty. Now on the 4th of July weekend I am BUMMED NOT SUNNED-

This product is magic and makes your skin look so flawless and smooth. And you can put it on your hands and even lightly on your face.
