Bait and switch
The first order was great. It did everything as advertised. On my second order, I ordered a larger quantity to last through the summer. The first time I used it was on vacation in Hawaii. The majority washed off in the shower the first day. The rest of it rubbed off onto the hotel sheets. I went back through my emails to submit a refund and it said the order number I found and my email could not be found. I was highly disappointed as the first product worked well but the second was a whole different product. Seemed like a bait and switch.

If I could give them NO STARS, I would. I am extremely disappointed in Westmore Beauty. After seeing all the ads, I decided to give it a try but the shade they recommended was orange on me, so I decided to exchange for a better shade. Turns out that didn't work for me either, so I wanted to get a full refund and because I FIRST chose to exchange, the refund option was NOT available any longer. What?! What happened to the 100% satisfaction guarantee? I'm out $50 and have body makeup I can't even use. Customer Service was absolutely no help as that's their policy - you either choose to forfeit your money and hope the shade will work for you, or you get your money back and move on. I wish I'd not given them the benefit of the doubt and just gotten my money back!
After Westmore beauties, ridiculous reply, I stand by my no star rating. I do not recommend this company.

The ordering process was smooth, and I received my order quickly. The Body Coverage Perfector is an exceptional product, providing a beautiful, glowing color to the skin. This is the second time I have…
This is the second time I have purchased the 60 seconds eye effects and this product works wonders a little goes a long ways just putting a small amount on a deep wrinkle or under eye bags waiting a few minutes and then continue on with my makeup and it completely eliminates the swelling under the eye, and it reduces the deep wrinkles. I especially love the fact that it is tinted the same color as my foundation so you can’t see it many times I don’t wear any makeup on top of it other times I will wear makeup and it goes over it very easy. it’s a great product and I really like it and I have gotten several of my friends using Westmore beauty products the foundation, and this 62nd eye effects.

Ordering online was simple
Ordering online was simple. I ordered as a guest because I do not have an account. I received the confirmation email with the correct information.
However, I received the wrong shade. I then took a picture of the incorrect shade and a picture of the confirmation email and submitted an email to customer service but they could not find my account or transaction. It was the 4th of July weekend, so I did not pursue further until Monday. I called customer service on Monday and was told I would receive the correct shade. I believe the item is on the way.

I am super disappointed in Westmore…
I am super disappointed in West Moore beauty. When they say no questions, ask, moneyback guarantee, it is not true. I ordered a shade of body perfector makeup. It was the wrong shade, so I did an exchange for a better shade. I like the shade very much, but despite following the directions, explicitly it just wore right off instantly and left bald areas wherever my skin touched something. When I ordered my second color, I assumed the 30 days for the return policy would start again for me to try the new color. It does not. I was stuck with the product that doesn’t work a very expensive brush, special soap to remove the makeup and the mitt to buff out the color. Stuck with all of it. Moneyback guarantee is a lie.
