I purchased a fur coat on their website for almost $200, and only ran into problems from there.
First of all, packaged arrived much later then originally promised, once the package arrived I realized that the quality was actual garbage, The material was very low quality and the fur on the hood was just a 1-in strip attached with snaps and looked terrible.

When I wanted to return the coat, they said I can only return it to China and I will have to pay for the return, which costs a lot more than the code itself.

Buyer beware, jacket sizes do not align with US sizes. XL is a medium. I went to website to cancel prior to shipping because of time of delivery didn't match my needs. They never responded to my request and shipped anyway. 30 days later I received it 2 sizes too small. Requested to returnand shipping costs same price as the jacket. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!

I needed to return the jacket because it was way too small but customer service never responded to my numerous texts. This company's customer service is none existent. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I ordered one for my son years ago, and he grew out of it, so we got another one.

What made my experience great was I received a product that was great it looks exactly like it should have when I bought it, but after wearing it just once I noticed that the zipper part from the upper shirt of the tracksuit was rubbing up against the fly part of the bottom and causing the fabric to where roughly and in time would have caused a hole or a rip of some sort. I contacted the company and notified them and they were nice enough to send me a new set which hasn’t arrived yet, but I look forward to its arrival thank you for your help with this problem. I appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to purchasing from you again in the future. Thank you for your consideration and help Jeremy Pickering.

Ordering was easy, shopping was fun..

If i could it 0 stars i would, i received a puffer vest that was ripped and i tried to get in touch with them. Oh boy, is it difficult to try to get some customer service with them.

So please, for god's sakes, stay away from this company.

The products were exactly as advertised and the product quality is very good. So A plus there. Could be better communication on delivery as tracker was only on one item of the three I bought with different delivery dates. It's a small thing, against an overall very positive experience. Jacket was way undersized, even though I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. When I reached out about getting a return, and exchange or a refund, no one ever responded. Clearly made overseas.

I never got my order. The delays are crazy. Also I don't get any responses to all my follow up e-mail.

The pants is really comfortable and the material is not bad.I’m glad that they make shorts like these cause I always had a very hard time finding the right shorts.Now I can enjoy wearing these shorts for the spring and summer.

Simplicity of it, now I know sizes. I love the variety I can’t get in the stores here
