Ralph did a great job assessing, quoting and installing a new boiler and hive control,expansion tank,new radiators. He is a very thorough gas engineer,who knows his trade inside out and is very willing to explain and offer suggestions for any improvements.He is prompt to respond,punctual,a tidy worker and can be relied upon to carry out the job as quoted in a friendly manner.

Ralph came to disconnect our gas hob and cap off the main gas supply. His responsiveness and communication skills were excellent. He surveyed and carried out the job diligently and efficiently. All this was done within a couple of hours after we accepted the quote. He was friendly, polite and very approachable and not once did we feel that we could not trust his actions nor knowledge. As a result, he has quoted for another job which we are seriously considering.

Ralph came on a short notice to fix a leak we had behind our dishwasher. He immediately came across as a honest and trustworthy person. The repair was quick and he showed great professionalism from the beginning to the end. The pricing was very transparent from the beginning and there was no hidden cost.

First time Ralph attended the job he come accross as honest and very knowledgeable giveing all the options avalible.This makes a change these days....The new boiler install complete within a week and carried out to a high standerd.

Ralph visited us on two occasions. He first came after our boiler broke down to perform a power flush due to sludge in system. He got our boiler back up and running but warned that it will break down again at some point if a section of pipes weren’t cut out and replaced. We opted against it at first since we just wanted the system running in the short term.

The boiler broke down again after a few weeks due to the exact issue that Ralph explained to us during the first visit (he was actually able to identify the issue from photos before he came). We had Ralph visit again to carry out the pipe work and the boiler has been working perfectly ever since!

I would certainly recommend Ralph to anyone with central heating issues. He is very professional and knows his trade extremely well.
