WESTFIELD FASTENERS LIMITED Reviews

Web site easy to use, communications great.
Previous deliveries have been quick.

I had never heard of them before I began looking online
for some Metric fine threaded bolts, which I’d found very difficult to find, anywhere else.
They were extremely helpful, especially Eleanor, who at any time assisted me whenever I accounted any minor difficulties searching for something.
Absolutely marvellous service, they provide, and I will
inform others about them, and their products.

Every nut, bolt and washer (and more besides) is there on the website. Available in small numbers so I don’t have to buy a box when I need 4no. Quick despatched. I can’t think of anything more I would ask for.

Quality products quick service.

Brilliant service, item's arrived within days and as described they kept me up to date on my order. I would not hesitate to order again and would highly recommend if you are looking for fasteners

Excellent business, great products, rapid response, highly recommended

Brilliant company to deal with, order received within 24 hours, thank you Rachel for your kind assistance, your help was invaluable. Would definitely recommend.

This company is penalising business customers without giving any benefits in return. For unbeknownst reason they have an extortionate 25% restocking fee for business customers, but it’s free for regular consumers for exactly the same price. Where is the logic in that?
Won’t be ordering from this company again unfortunately.

Quick, clear telephone conversation, rapid delivery, an excellent service.

A very quick delivery & a great service. Had the sizes that I wanted in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else. Highly recommended.

The web site is clear and logical. Postage and fasteners are a little more expensive than “Spalding Fasteners”

I must be an absolute minnow in Westfield's customer line up, but the quality of their product and care of dispatch, make them stand out from others.

It's a pity other companies not are as good as Westfield. They answer messages promptly and keep me informed about the situation of my orders.I am really impressed.

Really helpful web site and products

Used westfield fasteners before
Really satisfied with the service, they have everything you need
Delivered next day
Brilliant

Very comprehensive web site and a good range of excellent stock.

The items were as described and detailed fast delivery

I had a question regarding which of their listed 6mm shanked bolts would best suit my purposes considering that I would have to cut a little extra thgread onto the shank. My query was dealt with very quickly and courteously despite me only requiring 6 bolts. My order was delivered within a week of it being placed.
Good to see that there are still firms around who are prepared to deal with the 'small guy'.I would definitely use this firm again, though sadly only for small orders,
Joe M.

A 21st century company with old school knowledge of fasteners and good quality as well
