My dad sent me money I tried picking them up I couldn’t. “They told me someone picked them are already” What do you mean?? My case has been under investigation for almost 40 days now. Every-time I call them they tell me I assure you you’ll receive a solution in 24 hours max 48 hours. Very very very disappointing. Extremely horrible bad experience. I need my money back.

I want information about the attempted transaction so that I can determine who did this. Also, I did not agree for Western Union to save my bank information and had not opened a permanent account.
