Responsiveness of staff to fix a mistake I made.

I've always had good luck with Western Bike Works. I've enjoyed cycling for many years and have found that the right gear makes it that much more enjoyable. If I find something that works really well I am happy to pass along that information so maybe it helps another cyclist. They gave me a $50 credit after I submitted a review which was a pleasant surprise! I'm guessing they periodically select someone that has submitted a review out of a hat? I'll continue to submit reviews in the future. I used the credit to buy a Craft skull cap which I also recommend.

I am a creature of habit. I will miss WBW and know that BTD are pretty much the same. I have used both and know that they are the ~same, but WBW is what I've used the most due to the "deals". We've been here for 42 years and have seen many of the Bike Stores/Business close down over that time. It's nice to know we still have BTD and others are still around.

I called about sizing of a particular item and was surprised and impress with how much the call taker/gear head knew about it. We discussed other items and he was very knowledgable about everything. He was a really nice courteous and helpful guy.

Excellent service, fast delivery. My only complaint is that the Pearl Izumi Attack shorts are very tight for a Large size. They'll probably loosen up over time but I was surprised since I've had other pairs of these shorts without an issue.

I've been shopping online at Western Bike Works for over 10 years. Their website is easy to navigate and understand. I have never returned an item to them, but I've purchased may great products on sale or at a "best" lowest price because of their price matching feature. I would recommend checking them out for any bike products that you need.

Good pricing and selection. Quick time to get it shipped. Would prefer some other shipping besides Amazon was used. No more money for Bezos.

I've been a customer for years beginning when they had a brick and mortar store in NW Portland. Consistently good service and merchandise.

I want to mention two different orders. First, my last order was great because of WBW.com 30%off one item promotion. I had been wavering on whether to get my first mini e-pump. When the Magicshine Airro E pump was included in this promotion the already very good regular price was even better at 30% off. So I couldn't resist such a great deal.
On an earlier order I gave a two star review because the information provided on the Web site was widely inaccurate and I returned the product. WBW.com agreed to refund my return shipping costs due to this misinformation. I am very grateful to WBW.com for agreeing to do this and it's another reason I've become a loyal customer.

My order from WBW was stolen off our porch just 10 minutes after delivery (we captured it on video) and sadly the credit card I used did NOT have purchase protection. I reached out to WBW and they sent a 2nd order, no questions asked. Michael was incredibly prompt and provided old-school outstanding customer service.
