Hopeless! Booked in for an appointment to replace the battery on iPhone 6S. no batteries in stock, no way of contacting them by phone to save me driving over again from Coventry. Went to The Phone Clinic on Kenilworth High Street and was sorted in 15 minutes with a new battery for £20 less than Western quoted me.

We had a problem with our email account - our mistake- and went into Western Computers, Chelmsford where we were looked after by Ruby. We can't praise her highly enough. She was very kind and patient and her expertise solved our problem.

I managed to crack the back of my iPhone 12. Luckily I had AppleCare and luckily the nearest authorised repairer to me was the Cirencester branch.

The shop is stylish and fully compliant with Covid restrictions. The staff really friendly, professional and skilled. My phone was checked and booked in swiftly by the manager who was an incredibly nice guy.

I was told to expect 1-2 working days for the repair but by the time I got home, I had an email saying it was ready for collection. I returned today to collect it and the manager remembered me and reunited me with my now repaired phone. On inspection the replacement has been done with great skill - it’s hard to believe it was in bits yesterday.

I’m hoping that I won’t need their services again for a while but should I need to, it’s very reassuring to know that such a skilled and nice bunch are there. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff at the Oxford branch and my problem was fixed within the hour! Lovely people who work there and was helped so professionally and quickly! Would definitely recommend!

Was victim of bank scam end 2020. The scum placed two large orders with this company. Neither were actioned due to suspicions within company. Very impressed that Western refunded all of my money. A great gesture of goodwill and professionalism! Thank you to whoever was involved. You have more morals than my bank....

A big thank you to Pete and Ellie for the excellent service at your Cheltenham branch. All the staff at Western Computers are happy to spend time making sure the customers are get what they want and understand what they get! Even when dealing with irritating customers (sorry!) they remain calm and always courteous.

Avoid at all costs. Took an iPhone 7 into the Chelmsford store for a battery replacement. The iPhone 7 is in immaculate condition and has no faults that exhibit themselves to me as a user. They insisted that I factory reset the phone, they then removed the Belkin screen protector. I was later told that they could not replace the battery unless I paid an additional £325.because the phone had an unspecified audio fault. They also refused to replace the screen protector stating it had to be removed to check for unspecified audio faults etc.
Having restored the phone I can confirm I have a phone that exhibits no faults apart from a poor battery and the lack of a screen protector. Having spoken to Apple customer service the iPhone 7 is now booked in with them to investigate as they were astounded by the treatment I received.
I TOOK THE IPHONE INTO APPLE AT LAKESIDE WHO REPLACED THE BATTERY IN THE PHONE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ALSO CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE SCREEN PROTECTOR TO PEFORM THE BATTERY REPLACEMENT. I AM NOW RAISING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICES OVER THE WAY THAT I WAS TREATED BY THE CHELMSFORD BRANCH OF WESTERN COMPUTERS.

Two weeks old iPhone 12 pro scratched around screen and bolts. Problem still exist.

I was recommended to Western Computers after phoning apple to get a simple battery replacement. I was told the part was in stock and that I would receive my phone back on the same day. When I went to collect my phone they said this wouldn't be ready due to a part they realised they needed after servicing the phone's battery, due to this issue I was out of a phone for 5 days. The general customer service and communication was appalling and I for one will be travelling to an official apple store next time I require any service for an Apple Product.

My next door neighbour who suffers from MS accidentally dropped her apple iPhone and crushed it under her wheelchair Wednesday night.
Since the mobile is her only link to the world, next morning, the store said come straight in with her phone and iPad. They promptly assessed damage and, using a loan mobile from myself, the staff had my neighbour up and running and back home within a few hours.
The courtesy, kindness and quality of service could not have been bettered and the manager and assistant were gentlemen.
The relief for my neighbour was immeasurable

I recently had to take my i phone for a screen repair .The staff from customer service over the phone to front line staff in the Cheltenham branch,Western computers shop, were excellent .All staff ,helpful , friendly and supportive.
I would definitely use again .

I recently had my apple laptop repaired in Cirencester. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and honest with their advice on what could be done and what would be worth doing to meet my needs. I was kept informed at every stage with advice available on line and on the phone. I am very pleased with the speeds of the fix and the final result.

My sons iphone screen had stopped responding so a call to apple pointed me in the direction of Western Computers in Cirencester for a warranty repair, the staff there could not have been better, we dropped it off late afternoon and when the staff found out it was my sons (who can't be without his phone) he said he would get his repair people straight on it. It was then ready by the next morning. Cannot fault the staff, friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Cannot fault the Oxford branch! Was having issues with my iphone having crashed and just couldn't update through my (quite old) laptop. Before they would take it in for diagnostics, they offered to try - and it worked, so all fixed in 25 mins! Brilliant service.

Thanks to Ben from the Bristol store, he really helped sort my Mac out before the store closed down ... he certainly went the extra mile! Efficient, professional and Mac working great! Very happy.

Following on from my recent review of Western Computers in Leamington - I sent my job number and name - the job was under my maiden name of Annie Gibbs - I still have had no follow up. Proves my point entirely

I am so delighted with my recent purchase of a MacBook Air from Western Computers. The store manager was extremely helpful, polite, very efficient and couldn’t have provided a prompter service or taken more trouble to set up the device and explain everything I needed to know.

I decided to move into 21st Century and bought myself an IPad. Now to set it up with all of the passwords but unfortunately put some wrong passwords in and Ipad locked by Apple.
Went into Western Computers to solve the problem, they enabled IPad to factory setting and then guided me through to rest of set up. Again a code had to be sent to my landline and of course I was in the shop.
Matt guided me through it again and then when I got home got the verification code from my Answerphone. Matt then guided me through the rest of the installation and I am now in the 21st Century ok for a 78 year codger
Matt was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Will be shopping there again for a new Iphone.
