This company is trying to get people to add a tip during checkout. Trying to get people to add 20% for one’s medical items is beyond unprofessional. I’m guessing the people that never received their purchases or received opened syringes didn’t leave a big enough tip. I just can’t trust a company like this.

I ordered products from Westend Medical Supply based on their products listed on their website and the associated pictures. The items the shipped and what was delivered was NOT what was delivered!

They repackage items that are not sterile! Bulk syringes? Not in manufacturer's packaging? You've got the information now, don't make the mistake I made!

I placed my first order last week and it was delivered to me (in Hawaii) in three business days. Everything was accurate and at a great price.

Highly recommend these guys!

I ordered syringes and sharps, and my order was completed quickly and accurately! I would definitely order again. I suspect they do so much business that a few mistakes get made, so try contacting them if your order has errors.

They purposely don't list in description or show in visual pictures of their products. So you order them and it is not what you needed them for and they will not take them back even though it was not listed in the description or pictures. Customer service is very short and cold!

Right product and fast delivery. I ordered 2 times and both orders where exactly what they where supposed to be. Well done

Bait and Switch. I bought (what I thought) were several boxes of 100 insulin syringes but only got packs of 50

The item photo was a box of 100. The price was in line with what a box of 100 was. But only got packs of 50.

I contacted their customer service about it and was told that people aren't supposed to rely on the photo of the product, and I need to learn how to read better, since somewhere in the description the product was indicated to be for 50 syringes.

Purchased a set of needles and syringes. I selected the fastest shipping just because I knew it was through usps, and based on other reviews I was skeptical. However I needed the syringes and took the chance. They arrived literally within 24 hours (I was shocked) and everything is exactly as ordered. There was a typo in the email confirmation as well. Will be cross posting review as well for others.

I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY MULTIPLE TIMES OVER A 2 YEAR PERIOD, THE SERVICE I RECIEVE IS ALWAYS UP STANDING. IF I HAVE AN ISSUE I EMAIL AND THEY RESPOND PROMTLY. NO ISSUES EVER WITH THIS COMPANY 5 STARS!!!! THANK YOU WESTEND MEDICAL SUPPLY

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago for a 50 ct of BD 25g x 1” leur lock needles and instead received a 10 count of BD 3ml syringes with attached 25g x 1” needles. They definitely got it wrong. The enclosed invoice shows what I had ordered but not what was actually in the pkg. I’ve tried several times to email and no matter what email address I send to it always gets shot back to me. I’ve also tried calling but the phone number seems very suspect. I did manage to leave a voice mail at one of the numbers that I found but no response. Another number that I tried said it was no longer in service. I guess I’ll call my credit card company next! I definitely would not recommend ordering from this company. This was my first time and will definitely be my last!

I placed an order and entered the address incorectly. The post office returned my order to Westend Medical. I have called but cant get any customer serivice. Emails go unaswered. ive been ordering frm this compnay for over a year repeatdly and this is the first time this has happened.

Order came promptly and was exactly what I wanted. Reasonably priced, great shopping experience.

DO NOT ORDER. FROM THIS COMPANY. I opened my package and RECEIVED the wrong order. I ordered BD brand and received another brand. There wasn't an invoice in the bubble wrapped no box. They did not contact me about receiving a different brand. I am unable to reach them by phone and email. I searched for over an hour for the real customer service contract and it didn't help. Other people same experience.

During the ordering process there was a place to put your shipping address and the billing address for your card. I just moved and haven't updated the address on my card so I was thankful to have the option of providing a separate shipping address. Except they ignored the shipping address and sent it to the billing address several states away from where I actually live. Customer Service considered the fact that it was shipped to *an* address I provided to be a checkmate. That it wasn't shipped TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS was a triviality, I suppose.

All I'm saying is the worst, under investigation by DHS investigation and DHS always win! Enough said!

I spent $34.99 to have my order shipped 1-2 day. I placed the order on a Friday and the order shipped on Saturday. It didn’t arrive until Thursday because they didn’t send it in a 1-2 day shipping method. I have pictures of the package as proof. They did not respond to my email about my concerns. They did not refund the extra shipping cost. They had the audacity to send me an email saying, “Yay, your order arrived today”. Yay? How rude to send a “yay” for late shipping and they said nothing about not sending it the method I paid for. They put me in a bind and didn’t even apologize. They don’t seem to care about keeping customers. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered and received incorrect items. Won't refund hiding behind covid refund policy. Filing complaint with bbb and claim with Visa. Do not order from them.!

This place is dishonest and misleading. I would recommend choosing another vendor

CRIMINALISTIC IN NATURE....

Ordered items in June 2020, IMMEDIATELY called and emailed to change the items ordered. No answers, no responses on email. Returned unopened package to their warehouse. NO REFUNDS, NO CONTACTS via phone or email. THEFT IN THE MOST SIMPLE DEFINITION.
