Good value for money item. They did send the wrong amount, but the man I spoke to was absolutely lovely and said he would sort it out and I got an email the next day. They couldn’t apologise enough and re-ordered the items and they arrived quickly. First class customer service. Thank you so much.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service from this company is wonderful. We ordered a garden table and chairs and unfortunately the chairs and table didn’t match on delivery from the distributors. Not West End’s fault! Jack and the team were on the case straight away and got it sorted keeping me informed of progress along the way. I don’t think I have ever received such great communication before, which was so reassuring it would be sorted. I would definitely use them again and certainly recommend to family and friends. Thank you again, I am very pleased.

West End DIY offer a huge range of every day items that you need, or didn’t know you needed. It’s my go to place for the everyday diy items, but also for specialist or routine cleaning materials. Great for everything for maintaining a home. And they have a wonderful paint section too.
And the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. A great asset to the area

Very helpful staff
Very pleasant chap on the phone helped us identify the paper we needed and phoned other branches to collect in rolls as it is now discontinued, he got back to us very quickly with the news that he had located 6 rolls and they were purchased and delivered efficiently.

Great customer service
I ordered a couple of items from here but didn’t receive them. They let me know there was a problem with the manufacturer/supplier and that it would be 3 weeks before I would get it but said if that wasn’t suitable they would refund my money which I did. The refund was done in the next couple of days.
