I had a complete failure of my Perlight Delta panels after 9 years. This company represents Perlight in the UK. Despite several requests for them to contribute to scaffolding, labour and new optimisers, they only replaced the panels. This wasn't a failure a just a couple of panels this was the whole set of 20. In these circumstances you would have thought the Company would take more responsibility for the quality of their product.

Bought 8 panels from this company and 2 of them failed after 2 months. Company had no interest in helping solve the problem. Company I had purchased my system from bore the cost of scaffolding £700+ and calling out installers£800+ otherwise I would have been stuck with paying the costs myself. No apology or support from Westech-Solar. Shocking after sales service.
