Lovely cosy "Cat Hotel!!"
We have, in the past, used this cattery, which is very near to our home and therefore our cat doesnt get too stressed, if the cattery were to be further away.
The accommodation is spottless and very modern/cosy and all the cats have very comfy bedding, clean litter trays and plenty of toys to entertain themselves. All "occupants" looked very content in their individual pens.
When we used Westcott for the first time, the owner thoroughly explained all procedures (including what wet/dry food our cat likes), in a concise and professional manner and we felt extremely reassured that our cat would be well looked after during our week away on holiday - we were not disappointed!!!!!
When we went to collect our cat Charlie, who is usually a laid-back, but somewhat nervous at times, she was looking extremely well fed/beautifully brushed (she is only a shorthaired tabby cat!) and seemed very at ease in her little "holiday accommodation".
Due to the above, we have no hesitaton whatsoever in recommending Westcott to anyone or indeed wanting to use the cattery again in future - in fact, our cat will be staying with them again for 2 weeks, as of tomorrow.
