Westcott supplied and fitted all the windows and doors in our self build home.
They were incredibly helpful during the whole project.
The fitters were great and very promptly returned for a couple of snags.

Great service all round. Thorough pre planning and advice during the design and quote processs, clearly a lot of experience in the field. Really pleased with the install, fitters were very knowledgable and experienced and a recent warranty issue was dealt with just as professionally. Would definitely use them again.

Adam and Arek were brilliant - they came to fix one job on our new build but spotted several other small issues that we hadn't noticed and fixed them at the same time. They were very professional and left everything tidy - fantastic service.

We brought new velfac french doors, back door and front door. Sales, design, and installation team were excellent. They took time to get order correct and fit the doors carefully. The triple glazing has made the house much warmer. The doors look great and are well made. They were shipped from Poland on well constructed and protected pallets. Thxs to all involved. James did a fantastic demonstration of windows and doors at the Portsmouth showroom. There was nothing he did not seem to know about Velfac and Rationel windows - he explained carefully the differences, listened to what was on our minds - and handled every single question perfectly - there was nothing left for us to find out. We both thought he was absolutely brilliant

Westcott installed my Velfac windows and front door at the end of 2025. The company was very helpful from the point of first contact, advising on technical matters, and timescales. The installers were professional and polite, and meticulous in cleaning up at the end of each day. The new windows look far bigger than the old ones, and let in so much light. I’m glad that Westcott suggested the pine interior finish - they make a 1980s semi look very stylish and Scandi!

The fitters turned up on time, were polite, efficient and did an A1 installation.

We had Westcott repair a Velfac door that was out of warranty. All done very efficiently and made some other adjustments to it to make it run and close better.

Luke and Jim came over this time on the last of our three planned installation visits to fit our final Rationel door and some requested extra restrictors. They checked all the rest of the Velfac windows and Rationel sliders, adjusting a couple, and nothing was too much trouble. We have dealt with several folk at Westcott for our whole house install - and ranging from sales, through logistics, accounts to the Dovista rep on a couple of tech queries. Even with Jeremy Westcott directly to resolve something. Everyone is great - as are the products and the service. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Nigel & Mia.

Needed the glass in a Velfac balcony door replacing – most local installers were unfamiliar working with Velfac and the measurements required.

From start to finish Composite Windows were really helpful, from identifying the replacement glass required, to booking in the fitting quickly.

The fitters were professional, knew how to work with the style of door and were very tidy in their work.

I contacted Composite Windows to explore getting a front door. I didn't buy a door from this company in the end as they could not supply one which met my requirements within the budget available. Despite this, my experience dealing with James Harman, the sales executive was always very positive. He was very professional, patient and diligent in trying to provide a door that met my requirements & as close to my budget as possible. He was also very good-humoured and well-meaning in his communications with me. Unfortunately, he could not supply and fit a door for me, but based on this experience I would recommend this company.

Two engineers, Fraser and Thomas, came out to my property to deal with a tricky Velfac door issue after recent construction work on my roof. They worked tirelessly all morning to solve the issues. Now my doors work perfectly. Great professional service. Thank you guys.

We had a leak from our Velfac windows, so we got it touch with Composite Windows (Westcott) for a fix. The windows are over 12 year old, so not unexpected! It was a simple process and they attended site about 2 weeks from first contact. Turns out the problem was not with the windows, but from the roof above. Jack was very professional and really took his time looking at every possible other reason for the leak. To be fair he was right! What made the visit so impressive in my view was it would have been so easy to say “it’s not the window, you need to call a roofer…” Jack did a repair job sealing up the possible problems on the roof and did a very nice job. Now I know the job may not be a long term fix, but the very fact that he went out of his way to find a solution says a huge amount about him and the company. This was not a flying visit about two hours were spent finding and fixing the problem. Nice to find a company who cares and goes the extra mile. I may still have a leak at some point but at least they tried, that I fully respect and appreciate. 👍
