Do NOT order from this company, they're clearly non-responsive and as far as anyone in the reptile community can tell they haven't sent an order out in six months. They're apparently happy to take your money though.

I ordered springtails. Found them locally instead I have been trying to cancel the order for 2 weeks now. Near to impossible it seems.

After waiting for my order for over a month I have to leave a review and warn people to not use this company. They're unresponsive and evidently don't care to get their products to consumers. Stay far far away from West Coast Creatures.

I ordered several things from this company almost a month ago. They have not shipped anything yet. And despite my attempts to contact them they have not responded. 1star isn't low enough. They don't even have a phone number. We are located in the same state as well. Don't waste your money on these scamers.

Ordered from them, no tracking number no confirmation, and a month later still no inverts. These either abandoned this business or are just not fulfilling orders anymore.

I ordered plastic cups a month ago. It’s not even a reptile dude. Send the product I payed for or give me my money back so I can buy from someone that actually sends products. It still just says pending. No shipping info nothing.

Order still not received.

I placed my order October 6, 2023. I was shipped the wrong order and contacted WCC immediately upon receipt on October 23rd. October 26th I was told my order would be reshipped ASAP, I received a partial refund, and was told to keep what I had received even though it was far from what i had ordered. I emailed them for an update November 20th, Daniel replied on November 21st saying my order was over looked and he would get it sent out ASAP. I then emailed WCC, again, for an update on December 10th, 2023 and I have not gotten a reply. I followed up my Dec. 10th email today, Dec. 14. No reply yet. Tracking shows a label created on November 28th, 2023 but package has not been received by USPS, yet. I am very disappointed in this company especially when my order from September was perfect. I am hoping this was just a mistake on their part, an unexpected debacle, but if I don't hear from WCC soon, I will be contacting my bank to get my money back.

Ordered November 26, today is December 13 still no update on shipping or my order. Reached out via email and Daniel told me I should receive my order by yesterday or the day before. Never giving any tracking information. Was told my order must have been overlooked by mistake and gave a partial refund. I ordered supplies for a reptile show in December 16. I ordered early AF to assure I had the supplies in time and was just let down over and by this company. At this point I'm assuming they are scammers taking people's money and will be contacting my bank.

Overall wonderful experience! We had a few hiccups while the first package was in transit but Daniel went above and beyond when it came down to correcting the issues. Will absolutely buy from again

Took a week to ship it, once it came, i got my substrate, but i was missing the charcoal I also ordered.
But most of all, the 250ct springtails I ordered were barely even 25ct. Super disappointed.

I wanted charcoal for a new springtail culture and I got it pretty cheap! I do wish I’d seen the option to ask for smaller pieces because I would have liked that, but it’s not terribly hard for me to simply break these pieces down smaller so it works out! My springtails seem pretty happy so far, thanks!

My critters arrived alive and well, quickly adapted to my tank and are thriving.

Shipment was received earlier than expected with tracking information. However, I was away for the weekend expecting the package to be delivered on Monday like the tracking information suggested. However, I got the package Saturday and it sat in the mailbox longer than I hoped. Luckily, temps were alright so it wasn't too big an issue. Granted, this was not west coasts problem, just mine.

However, I ordered 250+ tropical springtails, but did not receive 250+. I sifted through the charcoal pieces looking for them and could only find 20-30. I'm sure there's enough to get a colony established, but its a huge let down that there was significantly fewer than 250.

Love this company great product, fast delivery and easy site to navigate will do business again.

I ordered 3 fly cultures. They came packed with tons of flies, lots of media, and secured with tape. Thank you!

The majority of the Springtails I received were dead on arrival. After having them for a couple of days there might be a dozen or more alive out of the 250+ it said I purchased. The charcoal, food, and container that came with the kit all seem nice.
