Excellent Service from start to finish

My wife and I just leased a VW T-Roc through Wessex Fleet Services. The service they provided from start to finish was very impressive, beginning with my very first phone call with Frankie Howes. A special mention goes to Becky Jones from the support team—she was absolutely excellent. Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, especially when we experienced minor delays due to paperwork issues on the funder's side. She was very reassuring, taking the time to respond to emails quickly and keeping me up to date right up until the car was delivered. Having leased vehicles for many years, I can honestly say I haven’t received this level of great customer service in a long while. Genuinely pleased!

Trading under AA lease

Trading under AA lease, using a well known brand name until it’s too late to know better.

- Didn’t hold the vehicle while getting my finance approved, so had to wait for another.
- Had to chase to ask when I needed to pay and what else they needed from me.
- sent incorrect paperwork and details multiple times, I had to ask for basic things like colour to be changed on the documentation.
- get notified the day before delivery that it was last years plate, not 25 as discussed (and the wrong colour again) but no offer to amend the agreement or payments which were on the basis of a new vehicle.
- get called on the morning of delivery and offered a refund of their admin fee as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ so that I wouldn’t refuse the car when it arrived, which 15 days later has only just been actioned and will take a further 10 days!

Even had to call to ask when my first payment will be taken as there was no reference in the paperwork, and was told ‘I don’t know because the agreement isn’t live yet’ and I’ve had the car for 2 weeks!
Just been told to keep the money in the account so they can take it when they are ready!

The only thing that was done efficiently was them asking me to sign paperwork to say I knew how much commission they were making… take from that what you will.

The caravan of fools. Avoid like the plague.

The “caravan of fools” immediately came to mind when I reflected on the level of service, or more accurately the disservice extended by Wessex Fleet. Indignant, extremely slow to respond, bureaucratic beyond belief, rude, obstructive and absolutely no commitment to customer satisfaction. A brief summary of events:

Lease a car, incorrect number plates fitted, issues with police because police records do not reconcile - they expect to see a Porsche but we’re driving a Mercedes. 6 months of back and forth with Wessex that accomplishes nothing and then ultimately receive notification from their compliance manager who allegedly reviewed the case and established that “they’d done nothing wrong” despite fitting the wrong plates in the first instance, followed by despatch of correct plates 2 years into the vehicle lease. Ha ha ha… It’s either laugh or cry and we choose to laugh. An absolute disgrace and I recommend whole heartedly that you give these imbeciles a miss.

Sharon Samways has solved my problem. 😊 No car since February and was getting promises that weren’t fulfilled by other companies. I now know I have car that WILL be delivered in the next few weeks.
Delighted with the excellent service received so far. 👏

Great service from a great company

We have had a car lease from Wessex fleet now for four years. We are now changing the car with the great help of Sharon Samways. Sharon has managed to secure a great deal with a brand new car. Great company and great customer service.

Outstanding!

Outstanding!

From start to finish, the customer service from Wessex Fleet (Car Lease Special Offers) has been absolutely, outstanding.

The website was great to determine affordability. I also spoke to the team several times before purchase and Andrew was always incredibly helpful with any of my queries. Once the order was placed, the portal to complete paperwork was really quick and easy to use.

The customer service team were so incredibly helpful in providing detailed updates with regards to scheduled build date and progress.

I emailed many times with queries and the response rate back was incredibly quick and informative, a big thank you to Lauren in particular who dealt with many of my queries!

I ordered an EV so there was support for ordering my home charger.

I took delivery of my new car this morning and I'm absolutely delighted, even had an email asking if the handover had gone smoothly and if I had any further questions.

I did so much research prior to placing my lease order and I'm absolutely sure that I got the very best deal in the market, teamed with outstanding service.

Absolutely fantastic service!
I dealt with Ashley Machin and I must say it was easy and effortless from start to finish, he was thoroughly professional and delivered on everything he promised on time and more! He even found a registration that match my surname and gave me first refusal on it. Seriously cannot recommend this company and Ashley in particular enough ..... great service and if you want car leasing done the easy way then definitely give these guys a call! Look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

Excellent Service

I ordered a Volvo XC90. The price was competitive and the service excellent from initial order to delivery of the vehicle - which only took three weeks. Amy made regular emails and calls to ensure everything was okay and that I was up-to-date. Every part of the ordering process was clear and professionally delivered.

Thoroughly recommended!!

Great service from Wessex Fleet

Great service, well pleased, I used Wessex Fleet on several occasions as I found them particularly competitive on Audi. They were very helpful and found the process easy. The only issue was, I had to bring the old vehicle back from N Ireland to UK mainland which I believe was down to Audi rather than Wessex.

Exceptional Service by Wessex Fleet

I recently took delivery of a new car, the interior was found to be in a very 'sad' state, cigarette ash everywhere, being non-smokers, my wife and I were very disappointed, I was aware that it was nothing to do with Wessex Fleet themselves, but the Dealer that released the car, to cut a long story short, I filled in the Survey, stating my immense displeasure in no uncertain terms. I would now like to retract the statement that I made as Wessex Fleet's response was exceptional, I rate it as 10/10. Within a very short space of time, I had the Director contact me, he promised to resolve the issue as soon as he realistically could, and it wasn't even his or Wessex Fleet's fault, this was entirely down to the Dealer who never once spoke to me. True to his word, within a few days I had a payment made into my Bank Account, this was for my wife and I to treat ourselves to a Meal somewhere of our choice, he also liaised with the Dealer and persuaded them to supply me with a set of 'fitted' rubber Mats and an umbrella, he contacted me on several occasions during this time, until such time I was happy with the Deal and he was satisfied that I was happy, This is why I rate their response as EXCEPTIONAL.Therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending Wessex Fleet Services to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the future.
