Great package company, shame about transfer driver.

WeSki was a great company to bundle all the package holiday together. Their user interface and helpful reminders/checks are easy to use. The only downside was that the transfer back from our hotel to the airport was sketchy. The driver thought he was Schumacher. Overtaking multiple cars multiple times in the rain, doing 90kmp in a 60 and 130kmp in a 100kmp limit. I had my kids and wife in the car so I ended up having to tell him to slow down. Not an enjoyable transfer back to the airport. I’d like to point out we were not in a rush either, we had lots of time to spare to get to our flight. The above said this was not really WeSki’s fault… but they do book the drivers.

First time using WeSki

First time using WeSki.
At the beginning I was a bit sceptical about it all being done over WhatsApp but it worked a dream!
Team were on had to help answer any questions and guides provided seemed generic at first but were actually very specific to our trip.
Would & will be using them again.

4 adults, 3 kids with gear and tuition

Excellent experience booking everything through WeSki. kept informed and appreciated the whatsapp number once in France. A nice touch. Transfers were seamless, accommodation in Les Menuires was excellent.

WeSki SUPERB.

I usually book my ski trips independently, but this one to Les Deux Alpes was a last minute thing. Looked around for some deals and dropped with WeSki, Excellent service from WeSki, flights, transfers, hotel, location to lifts absolutely spot on. Communication was great, from them via WhatsApp messages leading up to our departure, through the holiday (checking if all was ok) to leaving and heading home. Absolutely superb.
Will definitely recommend and use again.
5 stars isn’t really enough.

Would recommend booking through weski we had a great holiday

We had a great holiday and would recommend booking through weski for sure, we definitely will.
We did have to wait an hour for our transfer on the way to our resort, I believe this was due to lack of communication and no sign was held for us, also better arrangements for the ski equipment and ski passes, as both in complete opposite directions and took us alot of time going to and from hotels trying to find out where to go!!
Apart from this the accommodation was fantastic and the spa, the ski slopes where great, some lovely restaurants although Expensive it was well worth it, and we will be booking through weski again as it was just great to book everything in one hit.

The transfer drivers were both very good, despite the hour waiting time at the beginning

Would definitely recommend booking lessons as this enables you to also learn to routes

Easy to choose and book

Easy to choose and book. Regular WhatsApp contact straight into booking details before and during. The transfers, ski hire and lift pass collection were smooth. Would use again.

Was a rough start but great company

Honestly it was a very rough start to our holiday. We had several issues at the beginning - because we weren’t travelling in season , when we added ski hire to our booking with weski turns out our ski hire shop was closed and pretty much abandoned. Meaning we were delayed getting up the mountain by almost a whole morning and also had to pay again for ski hire equipment elsewhere (which was significantly more expensive)
Additionally our transfers at the start of the holiday pre booked with weski, somehow split up our family booking and took us separately.

However, in saying this - weski pride themselves on their 24/7 contact and I have to agree they are available at all times. Anytime we called up with a problem someone was available on the phone to answer. Additionally , we raised a complaint because of the rough start to our holiday- they were very quick to refund us the ski hire cost and were very quick and Hands on in helping us through it. They even added on some complimentary compensation for our troubles. They were honestly great and went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had with our holiday and despite the issues, they did absolutely everything and more to resolve it.

Massive thankyou specifically to Jack in the weski support team, he was amazing , very understanding and keen to help us!

I've used them twice and each time…

I've used them twice and each time the holiday was faultless. This time Hertz tried overcharging me. They didn't reply to my email so Marnie contacted them, sorted the problem and I got my money back! Top service. WeSki will be the first place I go to to book next year's snow holiday :)

Outstanding company

You really see how good a company is when things don’t go as planned, and that’s exactly where this team stood out. They were there for us every step of the way.

This was the first time I’ve experienced such consistent, hands-on support. From the very beginning, we were looked after,especially by Carolina, who was absolutely outstanding. Instead of being passed around between different people, we had one dedicated adviser who truly went above and beyond to support us.

We faced a few unlucky situations, but having everything booked through them made all the difference. I can’t imagine how stressful it would have been trying to coordinate with multiple suppliers on our own.

Their professionalism and commitment are exceptional. Unlike many companies that disappear once the deal is done, they stayed engaged, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout.

I would highly recommend them.

Great holiday

Almost seamless. Great communication. Accommodation was as described and exactly what we needed. Very close to the slopes and the rental shop. Small problem with transfer back to airport but all dealt with no problem
