I was just charged for something I didn't buy

I didn’t understand how does this works and I’m not comfortable with it.

You charged me for delivery of a parcel which was not delivered Every week you deduct money from my account which is R337 for what Just refund what you charged me for delivery and stop deducting money from my bank account. I never signed up for this. You tricked me to order by using Shein website and this happened. Just refund the money which i paid for a parcel which was never delivered.

This website is a huge scam. Don’t fall for it! Even after I requested a refund and canceled the service, they continued to charge my credit card.
