Bought a car,delivered same day, ......day 2 not even drove the car it's just been on the drive and it's overheating and speedo don't work, I've been back in touch and they refusing a refund I feel I've just been robbed of a trusty dealer, I'm out of work,and suffer from major depression and this has just hit me like a brick, the car is under warranty but only up to the value of £250 repairs and the repairs are may cost around £600 probs more, how the hell am I going to do that, bang out of order, taking these to court has advised, trading standards are involved and going to investigate, the car has been clocked (mileage) and now the brakes are scraping and the rear back door does not open from outside or inside which both of them should of been on the mot (fail) so I really think the car has a dodgy mot, I wrote a letter to we sell any auto as told so by trading standards about getting a refund and everything what's up with the car and the reply I got was I have to go through warranty which is a waste of time has it is not activated until after 30 days of purchase, the car broke on the 2nd day and I'm not even using the car yet and I'm not going to be has it cant be used, £1000 wasted,I don't care how long it takes but I'm not stopping from trying to get my money!!! (Update) We buy any auto as been back in touch with me and are going to decide a suitable way forward to resolve this which I appreciate very much.

Had wonderful experience buying the car from them. If one thing I want who I do business with is they are trustworthy certainly Dan and Tom both score high on it.

Bought a Jazz from them, they arranged viewing on short notice on a weekend, also no rushing around and a very patient man with my 3 KIDS in his office thanks DAN. We had couple of issues with the car before we bought which we noticed, they were agreed and fixed within the same week we bought

Brilliant service. I couldn't tax the car on purchase day because the car was classed in disability so Dan phoned DVLA to sort this for me but DVLA said it had to be done at post office. Dan took me to the post office and he even filled out the forms.
Excellent customer service from this young gent I'm sure he will go along way.

Was very honest about the car, talkative, friendly not your usually pushy salesman.

I rang last minute, arrived that day, very smart and professional dealt with Tom.
Had test drive of the car which was in perfect condition and clean in and out. They gave me a discount as the car was due a service. The parcel shelf was missing when I contacted them despite sale already gone through they contacted the previous owner and sent this delivered to me no charge.
