I visited Well Sell Any Auto in Preston a couple of weeks ago after I saw an autotrader ad for a Ford EcoSport. I didn't actually buy the car but not for any bad reason, I just found another one that I prefer. I wanted to leave a review because they were brilliant to deal with. I dealt with Dan and Tom, Dan took me on the test drive and I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way, shape or form. He made it really clear that if the car wasn't for me it really wasn't an issue. He gave me a lot of time and was really polite and friendly, very knowledgeable. I had some queations after and even after I'd let them know that I'd bought another car, Tom still answered my questions, nothing was too much trouble. Having been quite seriously mislead in the past by a car dealer, I wanted to take the time to leave a review for these, I would definitly visit them again.

Excellent customer service and communication. Honest and transparent about any faults on vehicle during test drive and full history about services or repairs given. We weren’t made to feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions regarding purchase and would recommend to others as we genuinely felt the company was trustworthy. Overall an excellent company.

Tom and Dan are very helpful with buying the car they were very honest and even checked with garage where work was carried to make sure the correct part was fitted which I enquired about, overall they are very good to deal with and very professional

What a fantabulosa service! It was all so easy. Tom and Dan made it such a breeze from first contact to picking up the car. Both are down to earth family men who just love cars. Both are very friendly and take you through everything and give additional advice. They picked me up from the local station in the car I was buying and let me drive it back to the office to get a good feel for it. They don't rush you or use any kind of pushy seller tactics. You're definitely in good hands (though I have told Tom he needs to work on a firmer handshake).

Can't reccomend these guys enough!! Dealt with Tom to purchase a new car, great communication and prompt replies. Had a slight issue after purchase and Tom went above and beyond to help rectify the problem. Very honest and genuine business. THANK YOU!!
