The variety of sizes and colours was fantastic. The delivery speed was also great.
My only issue was that the item had no instructions, and there were no links to any on the website. I eventually got a link to a YouTube video from Customer Services. I hope we remember for next year. With instructions, I would have given you 5 stars.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Our Christmas tree had gone missing in the post and We R Christmas’ customer service team just stopped responding to any correspondence completely!! To this day (2 months later) we still have not received a follow up response or apology. As soon as their customer service team realised it had been lost in transit they asked me to report it to the police, and when I asked why I would do that and for them to clarify what crime exactly it is that I should be reporting they all of a sudden went silent.
We ended up having to track it down ourselves without their help and we received our item just over 3 weeks later!
Would not recommend!!

I bought a garland for my mantlepiece from WeRChristmas and was absolutely delighted with my purchase. The garland I used in previous years was a cheaper version having bought from an online marketplace and had become a little tatty, however, with my recent purchase it was far more superior with an auto in and off, so no need for me to remember to turn on! The overall quality of the garland was great and I look forward to displaying again for this coming Christmas. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate from buying from WeRChristmas again!

Good customer service
