We had very friendly,professional attention from Phil and Nathan with later help from Lee. they took great care of fixtures and fittings and tidied up thoroughly after the installation was complete. Phil then carefully and clearly explained the controls of system to us.

Wentworth Security staff are always very easy to deal with on site and telephone. Engineers calling for maintenance are usually those who installed the system.
They are therefore knowledgeable of the system and most helpful. If any work is required on site, they always leave the work area clean and tidy.

We had a fault on one of our door sensors. The gentleman who arrived to resolve the issue was very friendly and got on with the job quickly, efficiently and cleanly.

Wentworth security supplied and fitted two security cameras. Callum patiently explained the system and the type of cameras. On the day of fitting Brandon and Callum arrived promptly and insisted on wearing shoe covers. They worked together quickly installing the cameras. Callum was extremely impressive in his knowledge of his products and encouraged us to contact them again should I have any concerns. I would highly recommend wentworth security for a prompt and expert installation.

The survey was clearly explained, the installation by Callum was straightforward and mess free. A specific request was made with regards to a later relocation of the control panel which he came back and did. Above and beyond many thanks.

Had our CCTV and alarm system installed by Wentworths, No hesitation in recommending this company. Callum came to do a survey for a replacement of cameras, answered all questions with patience and made everything easy to understand. Callum and Phil came back to install the new cameras which they did with care and complete professionalism. Time was taken to get the job right and a full explanation of the system was given. Both Callum and Phil were respectful of our property and professional throughout, We now have a CCTV system which we can trust which is a huge relief after continual problems with the system not supplied or installed by Wentworth. Would not hesitate to recommends this company.

Callum Attended at the arranged time and removed all the old alarm system. Installed the new alarm system and new outside alarm box. On completion left in clean condition and explained the new system fully

So Wentworth Security quoted for a replacement system, which I accepted and today (27 July) they sent Callum and Tommy to carry out the installation. This was completed on time and with minimum fuss. All aspects of the new system were installed, tested and any rubbish cleaned up and desposed of. Care was taken not to bring dirty footwear into the house. We now have a new system which is a relief after the problems with the old system that was not supplied or installed by them.
