I bought a small ironing board for sewing. When using it for the 3rd time the cross bar broke off rendering it useless. I tried to send a complaint via their website but it wouldn't go through their system. I thought buying German was better than Chinese, but perhaps not!

Purchased a WENKO Melle Marble Effect Wall Hook - Used the parts supplied but the thread fell out of the hook the first time I went to screw it in. Would avoid this. Also needing to go to the hassle of posting back before they will give a refund for an item that cost £4.15. Steer clear of the company and their sub standard products.

Superb. My own fault missing a small item. Sent at their cost. Timely replies and brilliant customer service. Polar opposite to net world sports who have not replied via email and twitter. A rubbish UK company.

The replacement pump arrived with me 5 minutes ago, it is now fitted and the soap dispenser is now working perfectly.

We bought a carpet sweeper made by Wenko and sold by Amazon and it is very poorly made, the central brush underneath is continually falling off and needing to be put back while spilling out all the contents on the floor. This is a very, very poor design, great idea but a really second rate implementation.

Great innovative company, with lot´s of practical products....Deliveries nearly always on time.

For many years I've been using the Wenko vacuum-loc products for the bathroom. After moving house for the third time there was a problem with the vacuum, so I asked if it would possible to replace the little plastic parts. Unfortunately it wasn't, but the kind lady at Customer Service offered to send me new adapters instead. Quick and excellent service, worth recommendation!

Made me wait an entire month before sending me an email informing me there was an undisclosed delay on the wine rack I ordered on January 6th. I have now ordered a similar item from a more reliable and prompt source, which I expect on February 8th. And I want my money back. I will update my review

Bought a storage for laundry. New product was smelling with strong chemicals. Very week construction, was broken in a few weeks. Do not recommend to buy from them, not quality products. You can find completely the same for less money without Wenko logo on a famous Chinese marketplace...

This is probably the worst product I may have bought in my entire life. I brought a few vacuum products/ hooks for my bathroom and they fall off, every alternate day. Have tried every instruction and it just doesn’t work.
Total failure and the real product is nothing that you see on their website. Complete waste of money.
