We have ordered a kingsize cream with black piping velvet TV bed from we make beds, bed is solid and well made, good quality & fairly simple to put together. It didn’t include any instructions which I think would be helpful for majority of people luckily I managed to figure it out, 4 stars as the courier they used was very disappointing and unprofessional but we make beds have compensated us for this inconvenience, which was nice of them to do.

Overall bed itself is lovely just need to get a better delivery service & include some instructions.

Super happy with our superking size tv bed. When ordering it everything on the site was simple and amazing that you can design it to suit you and your needs with multiple options of colours and materials and the fact it has an ottoman storage feature is a real bonus as we have little storage. Customer service is second to none as they care about their customers. Checking in whether you’re happy with the purchase. We did have a slight issue due to 3rd party delivery company but thanks to Adam, he sorted it out swiftly which is why I’ve stuck with the 5 star review. Really would recommend anyone to check this company out as there’s so many different options that will suit your needs with a very reasonable price tag

I bought a bed made by this wonderful company and I am very grateful for the excellent work they do. Their beds are beautiful and made with high-quality materials. I think some small details could be improved, but overall their product is fantastic. Bed came quicker than expected, quality is fine overall but the TV mechanism isn’t for a bed and doesn’t work along side it. Just get a normal bed if you go with these guys, also you have to tell them to take their rubbish otherwise you’ll be left with a skip full of plastic

Hi, just want to share my experience with WeMakeBeds. We have a child with additional needs and we looked for years trying to find a soft bed with high side. We found it on their website and ordered it straight away. We are in Ireland and it was delivered in the time suggested in the order. They were so helpful to when we asked questions before purchasing. When the bed arrived it was perfect. The delivery guys were really nice also. Bought a TV bed from here and honestly couldnt be happier. The bed itself is really solid and feels proper good quality, not cheap like some others I looked at in bradford. The TV lift works smooth and does exactly what its meant to so v happy with it.
Delivery was fine, came when they said and no issues getting it set up. Took a bit of time to put together but nothing too bad.
Overall really happy with it, looks great in the room and feels like it will last. Would defo recomend 👍

I am writing in response to your recent message regarding my order, as I feel the situation has not been accurately represented.

I have been in contact with your team for several months via Instagram, and I have clear screenshot evidence of these exchanges. Throughout this time, I have been repeatedly assured that replacement gas lift parts were shipped. However, the proof of shipment you provided shows that the delivery was attempted in the UK, while I am based in Dublin, Ireland. This directly contradicts your claim that the issue was due to Irish customs requiring my input.

At no point was I contacted by any courier or customs authority regarding authorization or additional information. Instead, it appears the shipment may have been incorrectly addressed or routed to the wrong country entirely.

Additionally, I find it inappropriate that I was asked to remove my review on the basis that it could harm your business image, especially when the issue remains unresolved. I clearly stated that I would be willing to update or remove my review once the matter was properly addressed and the correct parts were delivered.

This situation has been ongoing for far too long. I purchased a bed that is currently incomplete and potentially unsafe to use without the correct gas lift components. I now require a clear and immediate resolution.

Please confirm, without further delay:

* The correct shipping address you have on file for my order
* A new and accurate shipment of the required parts to Dublin, Ireland
* Valid tracking information that reflects the correct destination

If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I expect a concrete resolution, not further explanations.

Just received my new Bed from we make beds. I can’t believe the quality of a bed it is amazing for the price I paid. and I would like to say thank you for the Lads who delivered and built the bed a brilliant service Would recommend to anyone. I ordered a bed previously from another company and had nothing but messing about I waited over two months and when it turned up it was terrible quality. I sent it back and they was very rude and ignorant with me. My friend told me about this company, so I used them and I am over the moon. Thank you so much (we make beds.) 5 stars 😂👏👏👏

Great looking quality bed makes the bedroom look so classy .
