Osmosis had formed in the tub of our hot tub. After I reported this to Welvaere, they immediately agreed to replace the hot tub free of charge. This has now been done. The entire hot tub, including the built-in technology, the steps, the filter box and the drink holder, has been replaced. Simply fantastic and highly recommended.
The support technician was extremely friendly, always helpful and answered every question.
That's customer support. It's not common nowadays, but it's priceless. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!
